Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was lovely, from the beautiful atmosphere to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even more special.
A very special thank you to Ice for helping us throughout our stay and for being so kind, friendly, and attentive. Your warm smile and kindness truly made a difference!

Amazing stay

My stay at Sora Hotel Silom was wonderful! Amazing atmosphere, clean and very kind staff at the reception and rooftop bar! The room was very comfortable and the perfect place to rest between exploring different areas of Bangkok. The location next to the Chong Nonsi BTS station was also perfect for getting everywhere I wanted to go easily!

The best customer service

From the moment i walked in, the front desk team treated me like royalty. Ice / sky and Rita were so kind and helpful they even upgraded me to executive room . They got me checked in fast and made sure everything is good with me. I definitely want to stay in this hotel again only because of these 3 amazing customer care and friendly staff. Truly the best customer service

Convenient hotel right next to the BTS

Excellent 4 star Hotel right next to the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Rooms are clean and comfortable and my room had a great pressure rain shower and hand shower, king bed and a great air conditioner for the warm balmy days. The staff are all fantastic including Ice who welcomed me when I checked in. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to get out of the BTS and being able to relax or get changed in readiness for my next destination. The hotel is also surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets so you cannot go wrong. The Empire Tower which is a short five minute walk has a great sky bar, a new Japanese restaurant, two elevated Coffee cafe including Arabica (world famous for its view). The only negative for me was that the king bed was harder than what I am used to but Bangkok mattresses generally hard anyway.
