The room was average clean and looked a bit old to be honest; It's a real "thai style hotel" for ppl who understand that 😜.
I'd recommend to stay here anyways. Everything worked well, there were no bad surprises and there is a 7-11 and a win bike station just a few steps away from the hotel.
The MRT is a bit far too walk (possible but I'd not recommend that if it has 38°C).
Better start your day with an iced coffee at 7-11 and use the win bike to get to the MRT and go wherever you want ✌️

It is located in a local area where you can get multiple transportation access for traveling around.
However, like most hotels on the cheaper side, they provided limited amenities, but the staff was kind and friendly.
They gave each of us a coin bag as a New year gift when we checked in.
Our room had a nice balcony view, but we could not open the door as it was locked.
The AC was a bit old and noisy at night.
