Would really recommend for a chill stay
The beds were very comfortable with a small locker next to your bed. You had a key card which you had to insert for the electrics to work in your pod as well. There was no lock provided for the either of the lockers but not an issue. The AC was really powerful and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. My curtain was slightly broken and didn’t come across fully.
The bathroom area was sooo clean. I saw staff cleaning it everyday, it’s the cleanest I’ve seen in a hostel my whole time of travelling Asia. The shower and toilet are separate which I personally really like. There are two sinks with a big mirror, hairdryer on each floor and some cotton pads available to use. There is shampoo and soap provided in the shower. I wasn’t concerned with dirt or germs in this bathroom!!
I felt really safe in this hostel as the main door was locked from 8pm which you needed your key card to get into. Your dorm door also needed the key card to get into as well. There was always someone at the desk during operational hours. All the staff we spoke to or saw were so kind and lovely.
The breakfast is cereal or toast. There is a fridge where you can put your own food/drink. You can also make coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day.
The common area lacked atmosphere a bit. It was very awkward and needed some background music to give it a bit more atmosphere.
Overall I loved it here and absolutely loved the energy of Khaosan the cat. She is a complete mood xx

ฉันถูกไล่ออกจากโฮสเทล I am kicking off from this hostel.This’s the worst experience of the hostel stay in my life.
ซึ่งไร้เหตุผล ไร้มนุษยธรรม
ความชั่วร้ายของโฮสเทลนี้
1. พนักงานบุกรุกเข้ามาในห้องโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ได้เคาะประตู ซึ่งไร้มารยาทมาก เป็นการกระทำที่ชั่วช้ามากถึงมากที่สุด
2. พนักงานไล่ลูกค้าออกโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า และพยายามพูดอ้างโดยไร้เหตุผลเพื่อกดดันให้ลูกค้าออกจากที่พักในช่วงเวลากลางคืน
3. พนักงานไม่มีการจัดหาที่พักใหม่ให้ลูกค้า และไม่มีการช่วยขนของลูกค้าจากชั้นบน ซึ่งโฮสเทลนี้มีแต่บันได ลูกค้าต้องแบกของหนักลงมาเอง
4. พนักงานโทรหาเจ้านายหรือเจ้าของโฮสเทล
เพื่อไล่ลูกค้าออก โดยใช้น้ำเสียงที่ดังตะคอกอย่างรุนแรงใส่ลูกค้า ซึ่งเป็นการกระทำที่เลวร้ายที่สุด
5. พนักงานพยายามพูดโกหก ไม่พูดความจริงหลายอย่าง พยายามอ้างไปเรื่อยโดยไร้เหตุผล และใช้คำพูดรุนแรงต่อว่าลูกค้า

This’s the worst experience of the hostel stay in my life. I am kicking off from this hostel in the middle night. The owner and staff have such a no manner and ethic.
1. The staff “Muay” entered the room without permission or knocking on the door.
2. Cancelled the stay without prior notification or proper reasons in the middle of the night.
3. After the cancellation. There’s no alternative accommodation for the customer. I have to carry my stuff from the room upstairs by myself.
4. The owner was yelling at me on the phone which is considered non-professional.
6. The staff was brutal and lied. “ You should leave. You don’t fit in here”.
