Staff is friendly and helpful.
It’s close to the beach and beachclubs. The restaurant options are good also for breakfast.
There’s a supermarket right next door.
800 m on the left is one of the best beaches on Samui if you ask me. White powder sand, clear water and no waves most of the time. Quiet, very few people and good shade from the sun

Disappointing
Negative: the photos are dated they do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The rooms are very small minimalist. No storage either in the cramped room or in the bathroom... Old bathroom dirty and left abandoned. Tiny little trickle of brown water in the sink... the shower hose leaks so you completely water the bathroom with each shower!! Unpleasant smell in the room, dirty windows and that do not open ... the bed is small, mattress and bed base in bad condition ) you smell the springs of the mattress) the sheets yellow. Towels .. in fleece fabric!!! that do not wipe! No cleaning in the rooms, just a quick passage to empty the garbage! The exteriors are not well maintained, rubbish at the exit of the bungalow .. Disappointing!

I was pleasantly surprised to how nice this place is. It’s literally across the road from a very quiet and lovely beach. The resort is nice with a clean pool in the middle, has a patio, comfortable room with all amenities.
Bathroom has good shower and toiletries provided. You can rent bike from the hotel at a reasonable price.
Many eateries around the hotel and my top pick was Mamas kitchen for authentic Thai food at super reasonable prices and made with love.
Discard the negative reviews, for a frequent traveler like me this was one of the nicest places I stayed.
Ps the water may seem a bit yellow but it’s an island and it didn’t bother me. It’s the case everywhere. However room was cleaned everyday and the staff is super friendly and nice

1. The water tastes bad, maybe like rusty or what.
2. No garbage bin inside the room, only in the toilet.
3. They provide coffee and water but no stirrer and the mug is so small.
4. The bedsheet has many holes and rips.
5. The faucet handles are placed clockwise, which is awkward to use.
6. The toilet paper is placed near the shower so it gets wet every time.
7. The refrigerator turns off when the key card is removed.
Those are just minor things, and overall is not bad for the price.
