Mantra Samui Resort - Adults Only sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää ja lähellä rantaa. Mantra Samui Resort - Adults Only tarjoaa 65 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on tallelokerot ja ilmainen pullovesi. Huoneessa on parveke tai terassi. Taulutelevisio, kaapelikanavat. Reception staff just amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the greeting on arrival made us feel so welcome Thank you so very very much to ALL of you at the Mantra what a gem of a place … I highly recommend this hotel Mr&Mrs Ratcliffe xx

Review
Unfortunately, the service made us feel uncomfortable throughout much of our stay.
We were always polite, friendly, and smiling with the staff, and genuinely tried to make every interaction pleasant and respectful.
We were also among the guests who regularly chose to eat at the hotel restaurants, ordering meals and drinks despite the relatively high prices.
Because we keep kosher, we sometimes had specific requests, such as using a different pan or preparing certain ingredients separately, but we often felt as if every additional request was a burden or inconvenience.
At one point, even the chef came out and looked at us in a way that felt dismissive and uncomfortable, simply because we had asked for something different.
The same feeling continued at reception — on the morning of checkout, we were called twice before 11:30 just to remind us that checkout was at 12:00, and the tone made us feel rushed and somewhat disrespected.
What disappointed us most is that we genuinely came wanting to enjoy the hotel, dine there, spend money there, and appreciate everything it had to offer.
Guests who are polite, respectful, and willing to support the hotel should never be made to feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions or adjustments.
Mantra Samui is a beautiful property, but warmer, more welcoming, and genuinely service-minded hospitality would make a huge difference.

Mixed feelings
Some rooms are poorly located, the hotel is on a hillside so everything is uphill (not for the non-athletic), it is lost in the middle of nowhere and 2 km from the main road (impossible to get around without a scooter), very flashy but poorly finished. I rented a scooter offered by the hotel: it is convenient, but they are not accommodating and every day is charged: arriving at 6 p.m. and leaving at 10 a.m., they count 2 days of rental. Pleasant staff and beautiful view.

SIMPLY STUNNING SEA VIEWS ... THE PERFECT ADULT ONLY RESORT ... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
LOCATION - with safe and reliable Airport Transfers and regular hotel Shuttle buses taking Guests to Fishermans / Bophut, and Chaweng Road makes for an interesting and varied stay.
RECEPTION - On arrival you will be met by a lovely welcoming Team, complete with the beautiful Thai Smiles! An ice cold drink and cold towels are presented in a lovely open Reception area as you relax from your journey & complete registration. The 'Golf Buggy' Team are brilliant efficient & ensure that your luggage is delivered safely and quickly to your room. Special thanks to BB, F, Ton, Jan & Ying!
OCEAN VIEWS & INFINITY POOL - Unrivalled, the views are simply stunning from every room including the large infinity pool and the Restaurant. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It was especially enjoyable as it is an 'Adult Only' / Health & Wellness Resort, so you can truly 'relax' around the pool! The 'Swim Up' pool bar service was perfect!
TEAM - The entire Mantra Samui Team are exceptional and aim to ensure your every need is satisfied throughout your stay. Extremely professional and with 'Excellent Client Service' clearly their own 'mantra' and focus, they are welcoming, friendly and very helpful and they strive to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Exceptionally led & managed by a new General Manager (Ned) who arrived in March 2026, they responded well to his plethora of great new ideas and this is definitely a very Happy Team! We personally believe Ned is an excellent new Ambassador & asset to the Mantra Samui Resort!
ROOMS - Welcoming and well designed with large, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms & large rain showers with seating included, containing good quality toiletries (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner & charcoal soap) plenty of towels and complete with dressing gowns and slippers. A lounge / seating area with sofa and coffee table offer a lovely space to relax in. There is a large table adjacent to the fridge, and a wall mounted tv. Room options vary, and some have a jacuzzi on the private terrace! Some rooms have wonderful large private terraces complete with sun loungers.
HOUSE-KEEPING - The rooms are looked after by a brilliantly efficient House Keeping Team who attend on a daily basis and keep the rooms very clean, restocking the in room fridge & tea & coffee facilities, replacing towels and changing bed linen every 3 days, or more regularly, if the Guest so desires. Special thanks to Grand & Nam and the entire 'behind the scenes' Team including Laundry & Maintenance too!
WORK SPACE - Well equipped desks with wonderful views across the ocean, this is a useful facility for those who require some time to 'touch base' with the office whilst away. Includes tea & coffee making facilities, universal charging facilities for laptops (the wonderful Reception Team will print urgent documentation if required).
RESTAURANT - The Mantra Samui Resort offers Buffet style B&B & Half Board or Full board options. Breakfast includes a wide variety of food options, including Thai cooked food, Continental with a variety of breads, croissants, cakes & preserves, Fruit and Salad. Beverages are varied, including freshly made health juices, iced and normal coffees and healthy teas.
Special thanks to the fabulously conscientious and devoted Head Chef (Tony) who has trained his Team well, (Kob, Tonkla, Pin et al) & the lovely Restaurant Team (Poppy, Prod, Kwao, Pin, Jay, Mary) to name a few, who each work so hard to create and serve delicious dishes at Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Room Service is available too.
GYM - There is a well equipped & air conditioned gym containing a wide range of static Techno Gym apparatus & full range of weights, complete with sea views! The Resort offer complimentary Pilates & Yoga Classes each day, with pool fitness options if water aerobics are your thing! You can also take a completely relaxing 'gong' class in the pool (on lilo's with blankets), with instructors.
SPA & WELLNESS FOCUS - Mantra Samui Resort - 'Dr. Dave' (a fully qualified Doctor with many years of experience) is responsible for developing an increasing holistic focus on Mantra Samui as a 'Health & Wellness Resort' and he is bringing excellent ideas to reality for an enhanced Guest experience. The onsite 'Jai Spa' also offers a wide range of massage options at competitive pricing in a lovely relaxing environment.
Finally, we have booked to return to the Mantra Samui Resort next year ... this will be our 14th stay ... need we say more?!!! We cannot wait to return!
