Resolution Resort Koh Chang
The island’s finest accommodations turn to the right, which are perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere is very quiet but there are still activities to do: diving can take a boat to buy a tour at a small harbor, sunbathing at a wide beach, free boat delivery (at time) at the canal beach, or sleeping for a cold drink at the hotel, sunbeds, private beaches, pools and bars.
This deluxe seaview room with bathtub, the ocean view room inside has plenty of space, a view terrace with a bath soaking in the beautiful ocean views, and family members can join in the Family Room.

Lux resort at budget-watchers rate.
This was a last minute change. Though not quite my style, we got an end-of-season discount that made it an excellent value, so I grabbed it.
The buildings, rooms, and overall layout are very attractive, with well integrated grounds, pool and open air cafe and great views. It has the atmosphere of a high-end resort at a budget watchers price.
Quite remote, it is located at the very tip of the island. No sandy beach here. The nearest restaurant is about 2 km away. Across the street is a National Park jungle so monkeys occasionally drop by for a visit. There is very good parking if you bring your car, but at the minimum, you'll want to rent scooters. The staff is very helpful at advising on various options.
One piece of advice: they should do a little more maintenance. For such a nice place, details are noticable. For example, there is a spiral stairway ascending from in front of the reception to a jacuzzi on the roof. It is in need of fresh paint, and being a guest's first encounter, it reflects poorly on the site.

Amazing chill and beautiful resort with the jungle behind and the sea in front
Amazing facilities all over the place. The room has everything you need and more for a super nice and comfy holiday, the pool and beach in the front have one the best views of the area. Delicious breakfast and food in general in their restaurant. The staff is amazing, super helpful and always available.

Panoramic sea views jungle tranquility and stylish clean apartments .
A beautiful hideaway in koh Chang’s bang bao bay with sea views situated in jungle greenery alive with natural wildlife (monkeys ) and a private small boat that crosses the bay to kong koi beach . Having visited this island over the last 15 years and seeing it change this place offers the peace and tranquility that koh chang had in its now busy locations. The pool and restaurant offers convenience and comfort on site with great selection of breakfast lunches and dinners with its panoramic views of the bay . The staff were very helpful and friendly , it took them no time organising transport for us / a moped is needed here but like most of the island you need one to explore!
After a day of scooting around the island arriving back to this tropical peaceful paradise was a dream , we didn’t want to leave and I will definitely be returning.
Just want to thank the Team , victor and his family for making us so welcome and accommodating.

Worse Vacation Moment !
-> Parking: Bad experience with parking because the car is flanked and broken, lost in the resort area provided for parking, but the resort does not show responsibility or find a way out.The guests are required to request parking in the area with their own surveillance camera, the resort claims to check with the manager but never contact or declare any responsibility.In addition, surveillance camera requests are not supported by claims of encrypted information, just claiming that the other customer car is expected to be an angel, but cannot be viewed.
-> The room rate isn’t cheap compared to service and value, but the advantage is the view.
-> In rooms with no phone, to order a meal in the room, request a phone number from the staff because the phone number provided on the website was not updated.
->Tough hassle to get to the resort, the streets are small and no nightlight.
->There''s a pool, and the advantage is that pets like dogs and cats are welcome.
->Additional Improvements: Resorts should have monkey reminder signs on their guests as they are often disturbed by monkeys in the mornings and nights, even if they don’t leave food or things on the balcony.
->Some of the staff provide excellent service, but others have an inappropriate attitude towards service.
