Summer stay week 27
The participants were very satisfied - there was a super good service from all the staff, free parking, good rooms, location close to bus, train and shopping of "hygges" for the evening when we had social interaction in the basement.
Staff were all very flexible when we had wishes for coffee and cake with on the bus tours. On behalf of the Stomiforeningen COPA, I would like to thank you for a nice and cozy stay at Hotel Medi. Henning Granslev

Parking is limited to street parking, it’s a hotel parking.
The fitness center situation was extremely frustrating. First, I was instructed to download an app that didnt work properly. Then I was given a card to use a different fitness center located about 500 meters away from the hotel. When I arrived, there was no staff at reception, and I discovered I needed a 10 DKK coin to use the lockers. As a result, I had to leave without working out. I spent nearly an hour trying to gain access to a gym.
The reception staff were not particularly friendly. Shortly after checking in, I went back downstairs and found the reception unattended. One staff member was about to leave for the day, and when I asked whether someone else would be available, she responded, “How should I know?”
Additionally, the hotel had an old, nasty smell.
At the breakfast, dirty plates were left at the buffé table, and staff passes several times without removing them.
Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Lovely.
Both times ordered through rice forest.
The room was fine, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The food was really good and there was plenty.
All in all very recommendable.

The gym is seperate and a 10 minute walk. I my case, the access key didn't work, so couldn't use it.
