Won’t be coming back!

We got to live in one of the renovated rooms, which was quite nice. Checking in went fine as well. However, it’s not golden faucets that gives you a good night’s sleep!
The bed: Did they find the pillows at the tip or are they 15 years old? In any case, they were flat as pancakes after years of use.
The towels: dirty! We called the staff and a friendly man answered. He said that someone were to come out to the hotel with clean ones, but noone did. In the morning, we asked for new towels from the cleaning staff. These towels had disguisting stains on them as well.
The breakfast: awful! We came like 30 min after opening and all that was left were literally five bread buns. I refused to eat such a pityful breakfast.
All in all, we won’t stay here agin.

You get what you pay for, which was obvious at this hotel. Our room was alright and seemed to have been renovated recently, but all our towels were dirty. I asked for a couple of new ones in the morning from the staff but they had staines on them as well. The breakfast room was very small and when we got there at 8.15 (breakfast was from 8-10), I was just staring at the empty plates because there was nothing, literally nothing, to choose from except for a couple of apples in a bowl. The staff acted like they had no idea what they were doing and seemed to refill the plates only when everything was gone. When they eventually refilled with sausages, scrambled eggs and bread buns, everything was inedible and we left the breakfast hungry. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t care for breakfast or clean towels, this could work for you, but I can not recommend this hotel unless they step up their game significantly.

Bad experience

Hard to check in (no staff), called for "help", but the cable was thrown on when I said that I unfortunately couldn't speak English, another called up and then the phone wasn't answered at all. Finally come into the room and add what the stink was from the toilet, the peeling pad was probably not empty the last many times there had been guests. When you used the hand wash, the water just stood up in it. The cleaning in general was mega bad. Breakfast was super boring and something was not finished.

Poorly accessible and no communication

The room (located on the parking lot) were clean, refurbished, and "ok". The automated check-in desk, was ok. The breakfast that was supposed to be free didn't happen. But they hadn't told us beforehand. It was not on the website and not passed on at the confirmation. The emergency number called (available 24/7) picked up someone after 30min calling, and directed us to the adjacent gas station for sandwiches... The room service itself have to request and have to ask for towels and toilet paper themselves for several days because they did not come every day.
