The food was “shy”...
The dinner here Friday night 26 June consisted of:
white hernia, curry, cold salmon, tartelettes, bearnaise.
The dessert was fruit salad, and I had no idea you could still get cans of pineapple and cans of peach... cut into cubes and turned into cream foam with chocolate pieces.
It's high summer, can't you get some fresh fruit now that we have the season for it?
Saturday 27. The June dinner consisted of:
Rejecocktail, pork, brown sauce, potatoes and red cabbage, brownie and vanilla ice cream.
I've never experienced anything like that, it's completely cracked... and without a "situation sense" it looked like a 1970-80 theme...
The good weather started a few days before we arrived at Hotel Villum, so I thought, you could have changed a little in the menu when you saw the weather forecast.
The dining room itself, sitting on beige plastic chairs, on a beige plastic table, with completely white naked walls, could be made cosy with a few simple means.
