The Perfect Honeymoon Stay!
We chose the Firefly for our honeymoon and it truly could not have been more perfect!
The facilities are extremely clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. I'm so glad we visited during quiet season as we were able to have the pool to ourselves twice a day every day, I wish we could have taken it home with us! There is also the cutest branding on everything and makes the whole place feel so put together.
The balcony and view were lovely. There were building works across from us but that wasn't the hotel's fault at all and my husband made light of the situation, plus they were done by the time we got home. We also played pool in Bar 55 which was very relaxed and just as welcoming as the rest of the hotel.
The hotel is the perfect distance from the town and is only a short walk to the cable cars that take you up to the mountains! The forest fun park is also super fun and the walk over has a perfect view of the Matterhorn!
The room itself was great for the price, the kitchenette saved us a lot of money since there is a little shop in town and breakfast served to us in the morning was a lovely service!
All in all, we truly didn't want to leave and we would love to come back and visit one day! Thank you so much again for the perfect honeymoon stay!

Luxury, Comfort, and Unforgettable Alpine Views
Firefly was unquestionably the finest hotel of our trip through Germany and Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed.
The hotel’s location and views were outstanding, creating a peaceful and memorable setting. Breakfast was delicious and elegantly presented, with an excellent selection, while the amenities reflected the same high standard found throughout the property.
Every detail felt carefully considered, and the combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and remarkable surroundings made our stay truly special. Firefly exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would return without hesitation.
The sauna and Jacuzzi were being upgraded during part of our stay, which was disappointing because they would have been especially welcome after our amazing hikes. Even so, every other aspect of the experience was exceptional. Firefly exceeded our expectations and remains the best hotel of our trip.

The Highlight of our Trip
11/10, rooms are HUGE! Perfect proximity to everything. Service is exceptional (although pre arrival help was sub par). Great spot, would definitely return!

Feel-good atmosphere
Our stay at the Firefly was simply wonderful from beginning to end.
We felt completely comfortable. The hotel impresses with a perfect combination of stylish ambiance, warm hospitality, and an excellent location. The entire team was friendly and attentive at all times and ensured that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest.
The location is also ideal – quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring Zermatt.

Wonderful stay at Firefly!
Hotel Firefly is spectacular! From the friendly staff, high end amenities, and delicious breakfast, we cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The day starts with a fresh and ample breakfast delivered to your room. The pool and hot tub are sparkling clean and made of stainless steel with no chemical smell. The spa with sauna and steam room was a perfect end to each day. The location is perfect. Quiet but very close to walk to town. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting Zermatt!
