Silver wedding anniversary.

On April 29th, our venue, which we had booked for May 23rd for our silver wedding anniversary with 64 guests, left us in the lurch...
The recommendation for Macardo came from Greuterhof in Islikon. We are extremely satisfied and can highly recommend this event venue!

Once again, a fantastic experience.

Summer party 2026 - a great experience. Cozy with good music, fine self-service food, and well-maintained drinks. The opportunity to experience various casino games was actively utilized. The fine drinks from the in-house distillery were mixed by a professional, and exquisite cigars were also available for enjoyment. Beautiful rooms are available for overnight stays for outside visitors.

Simply fantastic

An absolute insider tip! Our stay at Macardo was a pleasure from the first to the last minute.
The rooms are simply amazing, modern, stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and with a lot of attention to detail. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome.
We were particularly impressed by the breakfast. Many regional products, everything fresh, high quality, and presented with great care. This is exactly how one envisions a perfect start to the day.
Another highlight is the bar. A fantastic selection of house-made spirits and other drinks in an incredibly cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff takes the time to provide knowledgeable advice and ensures that one feels like a regular guest.
You can tell in every area how much passion is put into the work here. Hospitality is not only promised at Macardo, but it is truly lived.
We will definitely come back and can recommend Macardo to anyone who appreciates enjoyment, quality, and warmth. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful September wedding with great Mood and best food in the tranquil nature

We celebrated our wedding here in September and would choose the Macardo again!:) The planning was very pleasant, our wishes were met, the barrel storage as well as the Honesty Bar give a great Mood & also great photos. The food was very delicious, it was celebrated until the morning hours without any problem and we were well catered for all around. It was perfect that the elegant & comfortably furnished hotel rooms are one floor up. We celebrated with 120 aperitif guests and 40 evening guests - but there would have been room for even more people.

Too sophisticated! . We need still need a human being to talk to.

We waited 25 min for help - 4 phone calls.
Not internet - wrong password.
Coffee machine in the room - broken
The good news: modern design and very clean clean room - wonderful landscape around - well done.
