Cool Place
Nice large immaculately clean rooms.
Very friendly helpful staff throughout.
Good breakfast.
Great cold beer!
Down side; no amenties in bathroom other than soap dispenser in the shower!

Rude staff. Terrible service.
We called and reserved a 4 person room, two queen beds, when we got there they were trying to give us a bed and a sofa bed. We had to end up with two separate rooms, the manager and staffs were very rude. We got chased out of the pool at 11pm. And the staffs were in the pool up to 4 am.

Decent but no customer service
Hotel in general was in upkept in good condition.
Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom lack shampoo and conditioner.
Pool and restaurant area was cozy.
Breakfast standard and tasted good.
What broke the stay was right before check out at 12 there was no water and staff pushed that check out is still 12 with the feeling i need to leave before showering. I address we need to shower and late check out might be in order but they continue and even send someone to the room we Have to check out at 12 and water should be back in 10min. Lucky water was back 15min before 12 so we hurried and left per their request. No apologies or courtesy at check out.

Resort hotel on outskirts of city with pool – overall customer service standards are lacking
Positives-
--Big room (and I had a standard room)
--Incredible water pressure
--Great hot water
--There is a big mall only an 8–10-minute walk away
--Overall hotel cleanliness is very good
--The pool was very nice (no handrails to get in, though). You can get a pool towel from the Reception Desk.
--Breakfast was good. The croissants were excellent. They ran out of crepes early but didn’t replenish.
--Wi-Fi was decent
--They have tea and coffee throughout the whole day
--The room was quiet (even despite it being near a major road)
Negatives-
--Check-in was less than friendly. It wasn’t that bad, just not what you would expect as your first impression of a hotel/resort.
--Ordering food at the restaurant (which is near the pool) was near impossible. There were no waitresses. I had to go to the bar to order, and the one bartender was clearly not interested in taking food orders - only drink orders. They were short staffed.
--There was no soap in the bathroom (liquid soap in the shower, but no soap around the sink).
--TV remote did not work
--There is no elevator in this three-story hotel (it is mainly two stories, but some rooms/suites are on a third floor).
--If you pay your bill via a credit card, they only accept MasterCard (not Visa or American Express). And if you do charge it on MasterCard, they then charge a $10 USD handling fee no matter how no big or small the bill is.
Summary-
I would probably stay at this hotel again.

An okay restaurant for the price
We've visited Babylon Hotel for my wife her bday. It was a surprise for her and I asked through email while making the reservation if it was possible to decorate the room with balloons etc. This was done very nicely, my compliments to them. The bathroom of the standard room is kinda small, the room itself was relatively spacious so no complaints about that. It was clean and nicely made up. The biggest dissapointment is that the room is very sound sensitive, so you hear sounds of your neighbors if they play their TV with a high volume or if someone passes through the hallway and talks a bit loud. Sadly we did not get a room in the back because these were already booked and that means a room near the street and you here sounds of traffic at night. The TV does not have cable, only local channels, but that's not such a problem since their or a lot of channels to choose from. The breakfast is not very diverse, like other hotels, but it was good enough, delicious and it was very pleasant to get it delivered to our room in the morning free of charge. This was amazing since normally you have to pay for such a service at other hotels. The restaurant, bar and pool surroundings is decorated nicely with an Assian vibe. Let's not forget that this is not a Marriott or Royal Torarica type of hotel so do not expect that type of service or level of comfort. All and all for the price it was very okay and we enjoyed or stay at Babylon Hotel.
