Lovely stay

Thank you all the Staffe to make my saty more Confortable.i would like to Recomand this hotel for Foriners and locals also.Front office and house Keeping Staffe also very Helpful.locating this nice Property near by weligama beach.

Nice location

This is located on the beach front. Very nice place wonderful place to have your dinner. We really enjoyed. Unfortunately not much choices maybe they open it recently after lockdown.
need improvement to their services.
Not my choices also the waiters are not aware of what is available.

Basic

The ac takes a while to cool the rooms, the shower was a lil complicated to work at first. It got air-locked and the lights in the room were flickering while the shower was in use, which was a lil freaky. There were no coffee sachets in the room, or creamer; just sugar and tea bags, which was very disappointing to me to a coffee drinker. The room was clean, except for d cushion covers which were stained.
The food was nice..we checked in at 4 pm when d restaurant was closed, but they were nice enough to whip up something for us to eat. The breakfast was decent, eggs to order, toast n fruit. I really liked the roof restaurant, it was a nice place to chill. The staff r friendly and very accommodating.
Overall, it was average. Don't expect too much for the price you pay!

amazing customer service

I had a lovely 2 night stay here, unexpected events had me checking in at the last minute, but from when I arrived until I left I had the most pleasant experience. Everything is sparkling clean and organized. Lolitha was AMAZING! He helped to accomodate each request I made, and I was really made to feel at home. Thanks so much!!

Bad service

We came here for a family stay in August. We had paid for dinner and breakfast. The site mentioned pay at the hotel but on arrival they said that they’ve already charged my card. Next they said that they have a private function so we won’t have access to the restaurant for dinner. When I asked what they suggest we do for dinner, they offered to bring us some food from their “function”. What we got was basic noodles! We called to order an avocado and squid salad from their a la carte menu and they said they didn’t have avocados but will make us that salad without avocado. I heard the girl from the staff repeat what we ordered to the other staff and laugh hysterically. I don’t know what’s so funny about ordering a salad?! Anyway, What we got was over boiled vegetables!! The restaurant staff was so rude and unfriendly. During our breakfast they (only 2 staff members) would stand at the kitchen and point at us and laugh. Absolutely terrible service. The tv didn’t work and the reception man couldn’t care less when we called up about it.
The room was however quite spacious but no mini fridge (at least an empty one for us to put our things in)
Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially with that terrible staff attitude.
