A great stay!!

We had an excellent stay at the Water Spring hotel
Krishanthi the assistant manager, and all of the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly always available
We had a wonderful room overlooking the river and garden area
There was a big jackfruit tree, a friendly mongoose that visited now and then and a towel bunny on the bed when we arrived.
Being on the river, there was a walking path to take a stroll and enjoy the area
The hotel dining and area restaurants we’re very good
We highly recommend the hotel

Lovely hotel

+The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was also very convenient. I would especially like to commend Ajith, Oshadi, Arosh, and the rest of the team for their professionalism and hospitality.
- We stayed at the hotel with our toddler in late November 2025. Unfortunately, the weather was poor and cloudy during our stay, and there was no hot water available in the shower or bath, which we had expected. On our last day, after raising the issue, we were informed by staff that the hot water had been turned on; however, this did not seem to be the case. As a result, my wife and our toddler were unable to bathe. We also experienced intermittent internet connectivity throughout our stay.

Boutique top end hotel on the river

Lovely small hotel on the river away from the bustle of Kandy centre. Very comfortable beds in large rooms - some overlooking the river . Great breakfast and service - Vaani the owner always attentive .

Highly recommended

I had a very good experience with Waterspring. The staff were really helpful and supportive, always going the extra mile to make things smooth. Special thanks to Vaani, who was in contact with me from the beginning and coordinated everything so well.
The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Also, a big thank you to Ajith, who was very kind and supportive throughout.
Overall, it’s a great place to visit for small family gatherings and parties. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel

We spent one night in this hotel and it was perfect. The staff were amazingly friendly, the food was excellent and it was spotlessly clean.
We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.
Large, comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep.
