While we regret that your overall impression was disappointing, I would like to respectfully clarify the reason for the additional charge. The extra fee was charged solely because the bed linens were left heavily soiled after your departure, requiring specialized cleaning beyond our standard service. We always strive for transparency and fairness with all our guests.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our facilities and breakfast. We are glad you enjoyed these aspects of your stay. However, we would like to clarify the situation regarding the €30 charge. The fee was not a fine, but a necessary compensation for the extra costs incurred. The bedding was severely stained by the spilled beer, making it impossible to clean through our standard laundry process. Furthermore, to provide your family with an immediate replacement duvet during the night, we had to take one from another room. As a result, that room could no longer be sold to other guests for the night.We always try to assist our guests promptly, but these unexpected damages and logistics created significant additional expenses for our hotel.
