Great overnight stay before early morning flight.

Because of the situation in the middle-east, we had to make last minute changes to our flights to and from Seychelles, which left us requiring an overnight stay near Mahe airport to catch an early morning flight. We chose Runway Lodge based on its Tripadvisor reviews. It is very near indeed to the airport, easily walkable if you don't have much luggage, but a couple of very steep hills. However, Denis picked us up from the airport, and dropped us off the next morning. Runway Lodge was perfect for us, with a friendly welcome, comfortable room, and everything you need. Denis also arranged a taxi for us on the evening, at a great rate, as we were having dinner with friends in Beau Vallon. Denis is so helpful. Very highly recommended indeed.

Ideal location for an early flight or late arrival

Excellent accommodation for a night across from the airport before an early flight. Welcoming and warm reception, impeccable accommodation (air-conditioned). Possibility to have food delivered, super convenient and very good. The shuttle to the airport is a great plus and Denis is an incredibly kind host!

Super approved

We only stayed one night and were really impressed with this place. Our only regret is that we couldn't use the pool due to the limited time and the rain! The room was super clean and well-appointed, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent, practically steps from the airport, and there's a restaurant nearby that does delivery.

A SERENE PLACE

A haven of peace close to Mahé airport.
The Runway Lodge seduces with its ideal location, impeccable cleanliness and the rare feeling of immediately feeling at home, like a private house full of serenity.
A big thank you to Monsieur Payet for his kindness and kindness, which give a real soul to this place. We feel calm, almost out of time.
A precious address where you leave with a light heart.

A hidden gem by the airport

Great B&B , across from the airport . The host will pick you up and take you if needed. You can walk but there are two steep hills so it does not work if you have luggage. But afteryou checked in and drop off your luggage you can walk to the airport for food or walk down the street to resturant or a grocery store .We stay twice once before our criuse and then after the cruise before heading home . There is a nice swimmimg pool , with lounge chairs to relax at. The host is very helpful , if you want to hire a tour or driver for half day to visit around the island he will help you set it up.
