Inconspicuous from the outside, but a great positive experience.

Very nice reception at the hotel.
Good rooms with very good beds and a great breakfast.
The hotel is really centrally located, so most sights are within walking distance without any problems.
Without any problems we were also able to park the cars outside the underground car park.
The hotel has a map of the city center available, which allows you to find your way around immediately.
Weimar has proved so beautiful and interesting for all of us that we will come back - and of course stay at Liszt !

Good for the price

Good hotel for the price. Not inside the city itself, but just outside in walking distance to everything. We got a suite with a couch group and it is nice when you have to be there for a few days. Breakfast was ok, without being stunning. Quiet and quiet street with free parking.

Excellent location, large room (suite) at a moderate price

Since we wanted to arrive by car, we reserved a paid parking space in the hotel's underground car park. On the day of arrival, I received a friendly call from the hotel saying that we could move into the room an hour earlier and if we found a parking space on Lisztstrasse (which was no problem), we wouldn't have to pay for the reserved underground parking space.
The room was modern, clean, large and comfortable, the breakfast was adequate and the location to the city center was excellent. We would be happy to come back!

Big rooms, central, good breakfast

This hotel looks a little dated, and yes, the styling is more traditional than others. It is however newer than the styling might make you think. All furnishings are good as new. The staff is friendly, breakfast is good.
Add a central location, at about 200m from the old weimar city centre and enourmous rooms and you have an excellent base to explore Weimar.
Well recommended.

Good value, basic hotel

The hotel is not at all glamorous, but clean, quiet and friendly. There's a hint of pre-1990 East Germany in the decor and furnishing, but the location is great, a tranquil side street about 5 minutes walk from the town centre. I slept like a log. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room rate was the reason for choosing the hotel over others and it proved great value.
