Great stay
In contrast, our stay at NH München Messe was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the hotel itself was clean, green, and felt very safe.
As a school group traveling with students, we particularly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and understanding shown by the entire team. Their positive attitude made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Thank you to everyone at NH München Messe for your hospitality and for making us feel genuinely welcome. We would be happy to stay with you again in the future.

Location great, hotel not so much.
The location of this hotel is great for a family with toddlers; it is a quite neighborhood close to Zamdorf Siedlung bus stop that connects directly to Berg am Laim which from then on is an easy connection to the main train statio and Marienplatz. The hotel is also close to Zamela park.
Regarding the hotel itslef, the staff was not the friendliest. There was poor maintenance of the room's facilities; air conditioning vents were extremely dirty, flickering lights in the bathroom, and weak water pressure in the shower box. There was no coffee machine or any sort of amenities upon arrival; though if you request it, they will provide it.

Catastrophic mattress
The hotel is okay, as is the location. Breakfast is plentiful. Since my stay two years ago, when there were major problems with the broken heating, quite a bit has been spruced up. Unfortunately, some of the staff still only speak very poor German/English, which is annoying; the prices in the "kiosk" can be described as usury. Unfortunately, the beds (new ones?) are an absolute disaster. When one person moves in the double bed, the whole bed shakes and wobbles. The mattress is absolutely unacceptable. Hard as a board, it does not support the spine; because of the pain, I did not know how to lie down. After two nights and despite many stretching exercises, I can no longer move without pain. That is completely unacceptable!!!
