A fantastic location! Easily accessible to old town and all of the stores and restaurants. A 15 minute walk to any of the tour buses. There is a fan in the room, but there is no air conditioning. We did not need it at this time of year, April, but during the summer, it may be another story.

Only the location is good

I do not feel like recommending this hotel due to the total lack of services and the general state of disrepair.
There is no air conditioning, safe, or fridge in the room.
During these hot days, it was necessary to sleep with the window open, but even with the window closed, the street noise came through loudly, as did the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is served in a claustrophobic environment with stale air. There is no fresh fruit, there are no cakes.
There is a smoking area directly connected to the indoor spaces, so the smell of smoke invades all the common areas.
The cleanliness is not particularly high.
The lady at the reception is not welcoming at all, while the gentleman is a bit more smiley.
Upon our arrival, they made us fill out the forms by hand; this has never happened to us.
The location is perfect for visiting the center comfortably.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, while we are pleased that you appreciated our central location and its convenience for exploring the city.
We would like to clarify that air conditioning, safe and refrigerators are not advertised as room amenities. A safe is available for our guests at reception, and during particularly warm periods, we provide fans in the rooms.
As our hotel is located in the heart of the city, a certain level of street noise is unfortunately to be expected, particularly when sleeping with the windows open.
We regret that smoke from the designated smoking area reached the common areas. The door to this area should remain closed to prevent this, and we will ensure that greater attention is paid to this point.
We also take your comments regarding breakfast, cleanliness and your experience at reception seriously. The registration form is part of our standard check-in procedure. You received an online check-in before arrival, which you did not make use of.

Location is perfect, stuff helpful and kind but building is old, elevator is funny, furnitures are way too old. At the very least, one cup of tea or coffee could have been provided each day in the room.

Only one physical key was provided per room. Rooms were very dated and over priced. While there I received a scam text via WhatsApp related to my stay and when staff were approached they said they could do nothing. I think their system may have been hacked. Online pictures did not match property. However the breakfast was good.
