The room is small but very efficient. The train station into Munich is very close making this an ideal place to visit with parking included. Breakfast was very good, but note, no eggs, bacon, or sausage.

Rude reception staff and poor value for money

My stay at Coffee Fellows Hotel München-Freiham on May 11, 2026 was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the reception experience — the staff member at reception was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable in hospitality. The overall experience felt very average, especially considering the price. Hygiene and attention to detail were lacking as well; for example, the shower gel was empty upon arrival. Unfortunately, I do not feel this hotel offers good value for money and would not choose to stay here again.

Cleanliness... these strangers...

We booked an apartment for 7 nights and escaped after the first night... on our arrival we find the apartment dirty, sofa bed open but no one thought to clean underneath, Dust and sheets of paper. So I ask for a discovery to make do but at the time of moving everything we see walking ants and other insects... at our reporting the director as first proposal offers us a refund of the reservation without any charge .. not knowing the city nn I can accept, not knowing where to go so they move us to a hotel room x night with the promise that they would clean. Second day we make to return to the apartment but they had cleaned only where I had moved the sofa bed .. yet another report, the girl in reception evidently embarrassed while the manager claimed that my standards were too high... in the end I asked for a refund and looked for another accommodation. I attach photos of my standards too high...

Very Disappointing Stay – Dirty Room and Poor Service

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The room was large, but it was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, and worst of all, there was feces outside of the toilet bowl. We reported the issue three different times during our stay, but it was never cleaned.
The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below acceptable standards. It’s really disappointing, as we expected a much better experience from this hotel chain.

Easy self check-in. The hotel is only a few min walk from Freiham train station. Very convenient. Breakfast is continental and has a variety of deli meat.
