Front desk staff went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. No problem was too much of a bother.

Not appropriate service for the price. Never again.

We paid €180 per night. For that price, there was no room service and the bathroom towels were not changed. Anyone who wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast was charged extra for it. Unacceptable!

Es tut uns Leid, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnten. Allerdings vermuten wir, dass es sich lediglich um ein Missverständnis handelt. Wir bieten täglichen Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel an. Das muss lediglich mit einem Schild im Zimmer oder verbal kommuniziert werden und wird auch bei Anreise erklärt. Wenn das für Sie nicht klar war entschuldigen wir uns. Es stimmt, dass das Rührei extra kostet, dafür wir es frisch zubereitet und erlaubt uns unsere Buffet Preise auf weit unter Münchner Niveau anzubieten und unnötigen Lebensmittelabfall zu vermeiden. Wir bedanken uns für Ihr Verständnis und hoffen, Sie trotzdem wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Our stay was fantastic! The receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The hotel was very close to the train station. The room was very good for the price. The hotel itself is quite beautiful. It was a great stay, and a place that I wouldn’t hesitate to book at again, if in the area.

Very beautiful boutique hotel!

A very beautiful boutique hotel with very sophisticated decor. The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station (15-20 minutes) and a bit further from the old town (30 minutes walk). The staff is very friendly and kindly agreed to move us to a brighter room. The neighborhood is quite quiet. A number of interesting restaurants in the area.
