Hotel Kunstmühle sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa ja joenrannalla. Kulttuurikohteista kiinnostuneiden kannattaa lisätä Museum für zeitgenössische Kunst – Diether Kunerthin nykytaiteen museo ja PiK listalleen, ja joihinkin alueen muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluu Skyline Park ja Sonnenbüch. Tämän savuttoman hotellin palveluihin kuuluu ravintola, baari/aulabaari ja kiertoajelu-/lippupalvelu. Käytössäsi on myös ilmainen langaton internetyhteys julkisissa tiloissa ja omatoiminen pysäköinti. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Hotel Kunstmühle tarjoaa 18 huonetta, joissa on tallelokerot ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneissa on taulutelevisio. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku. Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Siivous päivittäin ja silitysrauta/-lauta on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Do not recommend!!
Right from check-in, there were problems as we initially received the wrong room. Shortly after we got to the room, someone knocked on the door and we had to go back to the reception again. In the end, we were allowed to keep the room anyway.
The room urgently needs repairs and better cleaning. The curtains were broken, the carpet was full of stains, and there was dust everywhere. The crib smelled unpleasantly of urine and there were even hairs found in the bed. The hygiene was really very poor.
The service at breakfast was also not good. We were hardly acknowledged and although we were told that breakfast was included, we still had to pay extra in the end. The prices were far too high for that. Even our two-year-old child had to pay €8, even though she hardly ate anything.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, the Hotel Kunstmühle does not keep what the attractive outdoor presentation on the website promises. The reality on the ground was disappointing.
Check-in was chaotic, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. We had booked a double room and a single room, but were initially accommodated in three single rooms. After our complaint, a double room was quickly organized, but it was only equipped with a duvet and towels for one person. According to our advice, this was redelivered, but the bearer was a heavy smoker, so the towels and pillows/duvet covers smelled of smoke – very unpleasant. In addition, the room was dingy and made an overall unkempt impression.
Another shocking moment: The available hairdryer burned down during use – absolutely unacceptable. In addition, a dressing mirror was missing in the room, which made the equipment seem incomplete. The outhouse we stayed in had its own (unfortunately negative) charm, which did not convince us at all.
Too bad, because Mindelheim itself is a beautiful little town with great shops and cozy cafes, which is definitely worth a visit.
Mindelheim: always happy!
Hotel Kunstmühle: definitely not.
