Great hotel, great

A great, very stylish hotel with attention to detail in a fantastic location. We had a room with a view of the Rhine. You can rent bicycles for free to explore the city and then enjoy the very delicious cocktails and tapas in the bar or on the terrace (also with a view of the Rhine). All this in an extremely chilled atmosphere. The Service is courteous, friendly and will advise you competently on the rich selection of wines and cocktails. The hotel alone is worth a trip to Mannheim. Highly recommended!!!

Staff outrageous

The hotel is nicely decorated overall and has a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, which has clouded the stay somewhat.
However, it was particularly disappointing that after our stay we were accused of smoking in the room – which was not the case. Without any comprehensible justification, we were charged a penalty. We found that very unfair and annoying.

Stylish hotel on the Rhine with small prints

Positives: The location to the Rhine is top and the hotel is really stylish. Already at the reception you are greeted very nicely, which directly ensures a good mood.
What you should know:
Rooms: Unfortunately, the rooms could not be reasonably darkened – sensitive eye mask helps.
Parking: Right outside the door there are only a handful of parking spaces (but is usually enough) and the bar concept is fortunately already known before.
Breakfast: You have to decide your selection the day before. This is understandable given the small number of guests, but limits the morning spontaneity somewhat.
Service & price: Unfortunately, no one could be seen at the reception during checkout. Overall, I found the price for a stay in February and what was offered a little too high.

Like home - in a better sense

Surprising ambience in an old store, loving and functional as a busy rumble chamber, just as warm were everyone, really all the staff (reception, bar, service, cleaning team) all made incredible efforts, doing so professionally yet warmly and personally. Such a perfect feel-good atmosphere is not experienced every day. If you're looking for some mainstream security away from it all, this is the place ... I'll be back

Aesthetics at a high level

Exciting hotel, where the interior design gives the guest an experience of different cultures and time periods. Thoroughly cozy place, with a focus on aesthetics and where the level of service puts the customer at the centre.
Breakfast perfect on all levels and the boiled egg was cooked to perfection.
The rooms were beautiful, the bed perfect and the view sublime.
Was recommended a dinner restaurant with schnitzel, which was also a good experience.
We will come again
