Great night in Kassel

We stayed for one night at Hotel Tiffany and were totally satisfied with what we were offered there for the price. We were able to reserve a parking space with and book a great breakfast, which we can always recommend.
It's all done with a lot of love and the staff were totally friendly.
A recommendation for a Kassel overnight stay.

To stay overnight during a short stay o.k.

Hotel in the Kassel train station district, very centrally located to the city (5 minutes walk). Nicely designed entrance area with reception, pretty lounge and bar, behind it the breakfast room. The rooms in the multi-storey terraced house of the 60s are accessible by elevator. Friendly welcome. Reception staffed until 10 pm. Free Wi-Fi (works well). Private parking for 7€/night.
Our room was renovated and refurbished with good box spring beds, flat screen TV where no ZDF reception was possible. Otherwise rather Spartan furnishings and especially very narrow, hardly any storage facilities. Well soundproofed windows. Even the small bathroom with stepless shower was still brand new Breakfast we had not booked, therefore not to judge. Reasonable price/performance ratio

Towing service and Aloch insult

Today I was threatened with the towing service because I had parked wrong I didn't know that after that I was still insulted as an ars.. hole the woman was allegedly the owner of the hotel! I will never check in there again so rude and in the evening it is very dangerous there! Can't recommend it!

Centrally located hotel with lots of light, but also shade

Open parking spaces are just a few steps from the hotel. The team is very friendly, from reception to breakfast. The bar also serves excellent coffee during the day.
My room on the 2nd floor is modernly furnished. I really appreciate that guests in single rooms are no longer laid on 80 cm wide bunks - but the layout of the room means that the queen-size bed takes up so much space that I (as an averagely built best-ager) can only reach the open storage box, which replaces the closet here, by walking crabs. I am woken from a deep sleep several times that night by a loud humming noise, the source of which is not initially apparent. After some searching, it turns out that it is coming from the heating and can only be remedied by turning the thermostat up and down. At least for the time being...
The modern bathroom is spotlessly clean, but the siphon in the floor drain of the walk-in rain shower appears to have been installed incorrectly, which leads to a distinct smell of feces. A small wire basket is provided as a storage area, which is not enough for me personally. This problem is solved by hanging additional wire baskets on the bathroom heater. A good idea, as long as you don't turn the heater on. Now I know which toiletries react badly to heat.
The breakfast is excellent, there are fresh egg dishes and a rich buffet. I would have liked to discuss my experiences from the night with housekeeping, but the reception is not manned when I check out. To be fair, my colleague did not have any of the problems described with his room.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Kassel

Newly renovated boutique hotel, close to the train station in Kassel. Very clean, wonderfully comfortable beds and tastefully decorated bar and breakfast room. A special mention for the staff. who were extremely friendly and helpful, and who also spoke excellent English. Just a short walk from the main city centre. Highly recommended!
