My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was. And it was a very nice room, especially for the price! Big, comfy bed, and the room looked to be pretty recently refurbished, even though it did look a bit unloved, as it were. Bonuses were a fridge and a nice big smart TV. All in all, very good value for money!

More than bad!

Worst "hotel" ever!
During my five-day stay, I encountered serious safety and hygiene deficiencies:
No security: The front door was open throughout the stay, allowing everyone to enter and exit. Apparently it was defective, but then someone should have been present around the clock, which was not the case. The reception was closed at night.
Unsafe rooms: The room doors could not be locked from the inside.
Total chaos:
The first room I was allocated via WhatsApp was already occupied
The second room had open windows at -7 degrees and smelled extremely of nicotine and marijuana (although it is a non-smoking hotel)
The third room on the top floor was reasonably acceptable, though not really clean
Unacceptable conditions:
The next morning, when I left the room, I had to climb over a homeless man sleeping in the hallway
The last two days the entire "hotel" smelled of vomit
Conclusion: Be sure to avoid

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy.
I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Overrated... less than basic.. crazy prices

I would not suggest this hotel for any reason... It’s overrated for the service it offers with Price unbelievably high for what you get. Rooms Are small and those fronting the streets are noisy. Cleaning doesn’t seem to be made in the corridors (very dirty)
