Stayed at Hotel Hubertus during World Cup

We booked two rooms at Hotel Hubertus for the World Cup in June (two doubles). From the booking process through check-out, the hotel staff was extremely attentive (and they spoke English too!). The hotel was very clean and comfortable...the only problem I can remember was a broken hair dryer in our bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of food to choose from (not the paltry toast and cereal most European places offer). Hotel Hubertus is located about 10 minutes from downtown and the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) by car/taxi and about 30-49 minutes by foot (very pleasant walk, by the way). Also very pleasant was walking through the little forest directly across the street...you'd never imagine you were in the middle of the city!

Such a shame that breakfast is so meagre wadden

The room was quite spacious, double door to a terrace; bathroom small but ok. Breakfast was very moderate and was barely replenished. Environment definitely ok. Just sorry about breakfast.

decent B&B in a good location

This small hotel with a quiet courtyard is located in a very quiet villa area, directly at the municipal park Eilenriede. Great for us as we only had to walk a kilometer to our restaurant beyond the green area. The decor meets older standard but is top clean. A plus is the free parking in front of the house. Because we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, the communication regarding check-in was done by phone, which was already announced to us in advance.
For breakfast the next morning was an extremely friendly staff member on site. The breakfast offer pleased us very much. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here and would come back anytime.

excellent position for the Hannovermesse

Excellent position for the Hannovermesse, but the furniture should be definitely renewed! Moquette on the floor, and the furniture is like 20 years old. Apart from the "old-fashioned" look, I find the hotel extremely clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast very nice and the position strategic for going to the exhibition centre. (crazy price during the exhibition period, but this is common to all hotels)

Gezellig en knus hotel in Hannover

Dit hotel is gelegen aan de rand van een woonwijk en naast een park. De afstand naar het centrum is ongeveer 3 km. Onze kamer lag in de tuin. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Voor € 8,- krijg je een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Daarnaast verhuurt het hotel ook fietsen kosten. € 7,- voor een dag.
