Everything is perfect. Friendly welcome, great room. Very good and varied food. We have already recommended it to our acquaintances.

OK hotel
We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst travelling around the country with a group. The staff were friendly at check in. There were no double rooms just beds pushed together. We had booked dinner as a group in the evening and they were able put tables together for us all. Dinner was a buffet. There were tiny weeny puddings. For breakfast we had the same arrangement of tables but they took our drinks away and resited tables whilst we were getting our next food!

Nice wellness hotel
Super nice hotel with really delicious wellness area

Recommended with reservations.
Our suite was outstandingly good. During our one-week stay, the rooms were cleaned after 2 and after 6 nights, which I found to be insufficient.
The dinner menus were fine, but I found the dinner buffets to be quite mediocre; they mainly consisted of inexpensive foods (e.g., tilapia, pork, chicken, or pasta with small pieces of asparagus and small glasses of strawberry quark with a few small pieces of strawberries). The live cooking station at breakfast was well received. The fruit salad came from a can, and some of the rolls were at least partially pre-baked products; on some days, there were only thin slices of hard cheese available.
The food did not meet my expectations at all. I would not go to a similar restaurant in my hometown. However, the service was good, and I really liked the location of the hotel right by the lake.
The spa was okay, and the pool was the same.

3 = 2 Offer was fine
We had used the 3 = 2 offer (about 365 euros for 2 people incl. FR) and have been there for an extended WE. In addition to the price, there are: Energy cost flat rate + tourist tax. If you don't book directly through the hotel site, you also pay for the parking. Located in a semicircle beautifully on the lake. The lake view rooms (upper floor) are recommended. Unfortunately you can occasionally hear the flushing etc. from above; fortunately the room next to us was free, so no noises came from there. What we found very irritating was that the cleaning staff sat in the next room on the balcony and smoked their cigarettes there in peace. It was 100% the cleaning staff as we both saw afterwards when the room door was open and they cleaned the room there. Nothing against a break; but that it is spent in the hotel room on the balcony with a cigarette, we found inappropriate.
In the bathroom there were enough storage facilities as well as a magnifying mirror. The shower is a normal hand shower that is fixed to the wall. The size of the shower would loosely give a rain shower or at least a fixed overhead shower; a pity there is only such a simple hand shower. Overall, the room was nicely decorated; there were also 2 balcony chairs. As a welcome there was 1 bottle of water and 1 chocolate almond.
The breakfast we found expandable. There was only cheese in the 3 days: 1 x camembert and 2 types of sliced cheese (same every day). There was no tomato/mozzarella; salmon there was 1 x on the day of departure (felt this was gone in 2 minutes). There was hardly any follow-up; if the orange juice in the glass bottle was empty, it remained so. Just like the water, which was nicely turned on with lemon etc. Our friends, with whom we were there together, told us that it was always possible to order omelets etc. at the life cooking station in the past; this time there was no possibility. On the first day it was said that there were no staff; on the second day, however, our friends got in touch with a service worker who has worked there for many years and who was broad to order them the omelets in the kitchen (at no extra cost). Too bad that this possibility is only available on request and probably not for all guests. The tables were cleared regularly and we did not feel that there were too few staff there. Maybe that's why they could reoccupy the cooking station?
The “wellness area” is sufficiently large and the 60 degree sauna as well as the salt cave have been tested. At the salt cave there was the problem that you could not see from the outside if the 4 loungers in there are occupied (there is no more space), so every time the door was opened (about 5 times in 20 minutes), which is very annoying. The relaxation room is especially beautifully designed with hanging chairs and a view of a beautiful lakescape. The pool was quite fresh and if 4 people wanted to pull their lanes there, it was full. Everywhere used towels hung on the hooks in the sauna area and occupied the few hooks. This "problem" could be solved by asking each guest to pay a "deposit fee" or by changing only for an old/used towel. In the room there are 2 bathrobes (huge parts - as a 1.60 person you rub in there ;-) as well as 2 bath towels for the wellness area in a carrier bag.
Overall, we had a great weekend with our friends. For us, however, it was there, in this hotel, certainly a unique visit and we unfortunately found nothing so awesome that we would check in there again. It is said to have been really good there a few years ago – especially as far as food is concerned – according to our friends, but has been degrading more and more in recent years; due to a change of ownership.
