The right house for Emden

For our trip to East Frisia we had chosen the Hotel am Delft. Mainly the location was crucial - excellent as the center of the city was within walking distance. Also the view from the room to the Delft was top. The room on the first floor was always clean, spacious and well decorated.
We enjoyed the extensive breakfast at the hotel; for the afternoon cake it worked twice. We also tried the Currywurst from 17:00.
Top is the free parking in front of the door, as well as the bike storage.
The experienced employees were also available for a little chat at any time - with the younger ones there is still a lack of practice.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay of 7 days at Delft and can recommend the house at any time.

Almost a palace

The hotel is great. The lobby, dining room, and hallways look very chic and elegant. This is how I imagine a feel-good hotel by the sea. The rooms are very stylishly furnished. The bathroom is large and has enough shelf space. The bed alone was a bit too soft for me, but that is a matter of habit. The parking lot in front of the hotel and on the opposite side of the street is free of charge for guests. Just like the stocked minibar, a small box of chocolates, an afternoon snack in the restaurant, and the popsicle next to the entrance door. I have never experienced so many thoughtful gestures. At checkout, I was even given a bottle of water for the road. The breakfast was good, unfortunately I only found one type of bread roll. However, there were several types of bread.
The location is great. Quiet (Emden is quiet anyway) and close to the water, but also only a 5-minute walk from the center.
All in all, a really great hotel.
Addendum: Unfortunately, I had booked a discounted room with a connecting door and had to listen to my neighbors' lovemaking in the middle of the night. But the hotel has no influence on that.

Anytime again - you feel well taken care of

Our expectations for a four-star hotel were even exceeded. All staff members were super nice and accommodating. The rooms are very tasteful, with everything you could wish for. Minibar free of charge, ice free of charge, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM coffee and cake free of charge, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM small snack free of charge. Dreamy location right on the Delft with a beautiful terrace.
We will definitely be back soon.

This 4 star hotel deserves more. The staff were great. On arrival a member of the team came out to help with the parking barier, as my car is RHD, parking is free. We were then directed to free afternoon coffee and cake. This is available twice a day. The room was spacious, modern, clean, with a safe and free limited mini bar, it also had air con, a bounus in a 36C heat wave. Breakfast had everything and for evening the hotel has a good well priced Italian restaurant attached. To finish our stay we watch dragon boat racing from the patio overlooking the harbour. My wife has told be I have to rebook, that says it all.

Excellent and clean hotel! For the price you can actually expect: Espresso machine in the room or extras at breakfast to surprise, for example maple syrup to the pancake. For which money wants to invest: it pays
