Staffing problems

On the first day, there were no light-colored rolls, no eggs, no toast. On the second day, the breakfast room was still set up with chairs on the tables at 8 a.m. On the third day, no cold cuts were replenished. We extended our stay by one day and they did not tell us that the access code to the hotel and the room would change; so we stood in front of a locked room door - luckily before 10 p.m., otherwise we would not have been able to get into the hotel at all. The pricing is also strange: 1. Day: 75.85; 2nd and 3rd. Day: 82.75; 4th. Day: 89.65.

Dirty and overpriced

Totally calcified and dirty shower. We stayed here one night now. So far, everything is perfectly fine. A typical B&B hotel although for almost 80 € that is also very sporty in a place like Emden. It is quite sparingly furnished, but after request at the reception we also got an electric kettle, for example. For me, that's actually standard. But the shower was pretty gross. I don't know the last time it was cleaned. Totally dirty and calcified.

Modern slavery, overpriced

I'm stunned. Modern slavery towards the staff, clearly oversubscribed prices, a kTonlage of reception. Never again.

The absolute horror

Never again... sheets were not changed. Towels not exchanged.On demand you got cheeky answers.Reception never staffed to make complaints.Manager walks around the hotel as if she were in the gym and is completely overwhelmed with her job.
The cleaning staff is drilled as with the Federation.Politeness a complete foreign word.
Showers are only justifiable with bath slippers.But well.....five years nothing done and the new staff is now supposed to rip it out.After talking to the cleaner she was forbidden to talk to guests.
Modern slavery is what I call it.
