Beautiful holiday at the Jägerhof in Coesfeld
We liked the family atmosphere at the Müller family and the friendliness of all the employees.
The breakfast prepared fresh every day by Andrea & team was really delicious, especially the homemade Bircher muesli. You always have the option of eating fried eggs, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs.
We were always asked about our wishes and received lots of nice tips for excursions in the beautiful Münsterland. We were able to park our rented e-bikes in the courtyard.
Thank you very much for the lovely time at the Jägerhof, we would love to come back.

Worthless.
Then you get the code to the key safe and you can enter with the key. There awaits you an interior of faded glory. The hotel room only worthy of a look, the door pulled shut again and then screaming back to the car. Please note, no parking space at the hotel as described.
It is old, dated and on the outside it looks like a hotel that has been empty for ages.
It is not a hotel either, because there are no staff available 24 hours a day. There is no reception moreover.
Unfortunately I booked too quickly with Booking. And paid immediately.
I could cancel, but I couldn't get a refund.
It seemed so beautiful and ideal for our transit, so not well read. Stupid:-(
Lost money now, unless the owner returns the payment to us.
That's how you get fooled!
A resident who lives opposite the ‘hotel’ told a very different story than is claimed on the site.
That it really isn't as beautiful as it's claimed

Very small and special evening menu - definitely needs improvement.
The menu and the dishes on it were not very popular with us. Unfortunately, schnitzel, steak, Wiener schnitzel, i.e. standard dishes, are not to be found on the menu, which is very brief. On the other hand, the wine and drinks menu is several pages long. There were a few fish dishes, game and all the other dishes were with mushrooms. Well, not everyone likes dishes with mushrooms or mushroom sauce. The service was friendly and the waiting time for service was short. The fact that prices have risen sharply in all restaurants is also evident in the "Jägerhof". If the menu also includes steak dishes and schnitzel or Wiener schnitzel, I would be happy to come back.
