Comfortable and very clean

This was the fourth of fifth time we stayed in this hotel. In fact, we always stay here when visiting our family in Dortmund. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is plentiful. When we stayed this time the restaurant had re-opened with a new chef, but we did not try it out. The restaurant opens into a beer garden which is a nice place to relax, especially in the summer.The ladies are the reception are always very nice and overall it is always a positive experience staying at this hotel.

Cosy place

A very cosy and serene place. A very warm n welcoming front desk staff.
Nice green surroundings. Clean rooms.
What more do you want ,when you want a place away from the crowd. I would strongly recommend Hotel Ambiente to people who would visit Dortmund.

Nice hotel with terrible breakfast lady

We staid 2 nights at this Hotel.
The room whas Nice.
But the lady that managed the breakfast whas the most unfriendly person that we ever experience.
She was very angry when we asked Her to fill up the food that whas empty.
(Bacon,egg,juice,yogert and so on)
We came down to breakfast around 930
And all of this whas empty, and she got realy angry and rude when we asked for this things.
And the breakfast was untill 10a clock

Excellent stay

It is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Clean rooms with a lot of space.
The only thing i can advice them to do: put an extra blanket. I am very tall and the duvelt was to short for me. Also I like to have my feet covered.
I mentioned it when we checked out, and they assured me that next time I will come ans stay, there will be an extra ready in the room.
What more can you want. Excellent client service!

Excellent stay

Design hotel, spacious and well furnished rooms, very clean, very friendly and efficient service .. excellent breakfast...good value for money. Not exactly in the center but 5min away from a tube station. Really good attached restaurant.
