Worst hotel visit!
The few pieces of furniture in the room were dirty and partially damaged. Particularly bad was the bed: It creaked so loudly with the slightest movement that we kept waking up. In the end, we placed the mattresses on the floor and slept there because the bed was simply unusable.
Although we had hung up the appropriate sign, our room was not cleaned during our stay. The bathroom appeared clean at first glance, especially the sink and toilet, but there were no surfaces for storage. As a result, we had to store our things either on the bed or on the narrow edge of the sink, where they constantly got wet.
However, the absolute low point was the shower. There was a pungent smell of sewage and feces in the air, making showering really unpleasant. Additionally, there was even a piece of gum stuck in the shower.
The common areas of the hotel, such as the stairwell, hallways, and rooms, appeared unkempt and dirty. The location did not convince us either. The surroundings seem unattractive, and it often takes about an hour by S-Bahn to reach the interesting and popular places in Berlin.
The only positive aspect was the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. However, this unfortunately cannot compensate for the overall very poor impression of the hotel. We would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel.

misleading listing
I expected a hotel standard, but it didn't even meet a basic hostel standard. The description and photos were misleading. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Comparatively cheap option - low quality
There were several issues during my stay:
- The opening hours stated in the booking confirmation apparently do not reflect the actual opening hours. The receptionist told me they have a 24-hour front desk, while my booking confirmation stated that reception closes at 10:30 p.m.
It is extremely difficult to contact the hotel.
- The phone number provided in my booking confirmation connected me to a former employee's private mobile phone. Fortunately, he was kind enough to help me get in touch with the hotel.
- The pricing lacks transparency. My credit card was charged a higher amount than the one shown on the invoice. In addition, I was asked to pay for breakfast in cash, even though I had already added and paid for breakfast when making the booking.
- There were no towels in my room, and there was no phone available to call reception and request some.
- The rooms are very Spartan. One of the beds in my room was broken (see photo).
Overall, you get what you pay for, but the lack of organization and transparency made the stay more frustrating than it needed to be.

NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL... STAY AWAY
A hotel/hostel that is more or less good with fairly clean rooms.
The problem is with the reception staff who do not know how to manage the facility and treat their customers poorly.
Fortunately, everything was fine with the reservation and payment before leaving, as mentioned several times on WhatsApp. In short, upon arrival in the evening and the following day, the reception staff said that we had a reservation but had not paid. I repeatedly showed them the payment receipt on my card, but they kept insisting that we had to pay and attempted to withdraw money from my card, failing because I had little money. Only after a long time did they contact the booking site, where we had made the reservation and the payment was confirmed. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Moreover, upon arrival, the security person at the reception assigned us a room different from ours. A room with three bunk beds, when we had paid for a family room for 4 people (with a bunk bed and a double bed), which was definitely larger and more comfortable.
If our reservation was valid, why were we assigned a different room? Our room was no longer available... truly absurd.
In Italy, for what happened to us, they should have at least offered us a more expensive room or breakfast, something as a sign of apology, instead we were treated as if we did not want to pay.
