It was amazing! The success of my stay in Berlin is partly due to the quality of this hotel. Located in the city (but not in the very center), just a few steps from the metro, it will delight everyone.
Entering it is like taking a journey through time. No, it is not old or outdated but ultra-modern, offering everything that made hotels charming in the past: a sense of comfort, background music, rooms that differ from the bland and uniform standards of today's hotels, a beautiful garden that can make you feel like you are in the countryside for a moment, a smiling, available, and warm staff 24/7, great decor, the list goes on...
Breakfast? Served in a lovely room or under a veranda by welcoming people, it will meet your expectations.
One detail that struck me: leaving in the morning by dropping off my key at the front desk like my parents used to do long ago, something I had never been able to do (most impersonal hotels have cards today, not keys unfortunately). It is these kinds of details that make the difference. Bravo and thank you to all the staff, bilingual in German and English, and some even with a few words of French for us as well.

Room was a very good size, and very clean. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning/fans, and as it was getting on for 40 degrees this weekend, it wasn't the most comfortable experience. Breakfast is basic but free, so that's nice. The location is also good, right between two U-Bahn stations which are both about a 5 minute walk away.

The otel was very clean . The stuff is very nice and kind especially Coşkun has really interested us and helped us with his Turkish language ability. The hotel was around 15 min.walking distance to nearest city center and 2min.away from nearest sub station. Breakfast was good enough the service stuff was very kind and helpful . The room was clean enough. Thanks for everything.

We went on a four day vacation in Berlin and stayed at Hotel Carolinenhof. The room was very spacious, the staff nice and the breakfast amazing. The hotel staff even gave a plush toy to our baby. The hotel was also good value for money.
We have nothing to complain about!

Great room, were upgraded to a balcony room with garden views which made room very quiet
