Very good experience
An establishment near the subway, which was very convenient. Very good breakfast. Good soundproofing of the room and nice quality bedding: we slept very well. Staff who took great care of us, whether at breakfast or in the evening at the bar. Special mention for the bartender who was lovely during our 3 evenings at the establishment

Very disappointing
Habitual room 501. It is rented as a de-luxe room, instead it corresponds to the photos on the hotel Website of a comfort room.
The condition of the room is regrettably bad. The headboard of the bed shows clear signs of wear and contamination. The windowsills are completely dirty and mossy.
There is no water surface or similar. The bathroom has no radiator. So don't forget slippers.
No coffee machine in the breakfast room.
It's all old-school. Miserable Buffett.

This was a beautiful property and the staff were all very helpful. We wanted a hotel close to the transit system and a metro stop across the street fulfilled that need.

Great location in Berlin, near to the museums and the subway stations, but quieter than the the tourist centres. Allowed me to check in early. WiFi almost nonexistent in the room and couldn’t get the thermostat to work. Bar seemed sterile and mostly empty. The bar at motel one over the road has a much better atmosphere.

No Wi-Fi, rooms need updating a bit.
It’s in a brilliant location, but it’s still 1990 in the rooms, the air-con, heating, exterior sun blinds are not controllable. The WiFi (what WiFi?).
No USB charging ports etc. it’s clear it was lovely back in the day.
