Nice clean hotel

I was there during the pandemic so the hotel was not full. Well located, very clean, friendly people. Nice parking place. The wifi is very good. I liked that they asked me if i am vaccinated against COVID or i have a negative covid test and i felt very safe because i know they did the same with all guests. Because the pandemic was no breakfast but there is a gas station near the hotel and you can buy from there coffee or some skacks.

Traumatizing expérience

Cheap hotel with cheap mentality manager of the hotel who does not have any professionalism or humanity even. NO soundproofing in the rooms. No elevator in the hotel. Not suitable for kids and family, a bit away from city.

Watch your head!

No elevator but that is common in Europe. Our room would have been fine except for the slanting ceiling which made it impossible to walk around the bed. If you stay there please check that out first unless there is only one of you!
The staff were friendly and check in/out easy, breakfast typical and wifi good. I bit of a walk to town but not bad.

Very convenient small clean hotel

I am traveling freqently in Europe. In Aachen I was third time.The Hotel is situated a little far from city center but it is about 15 minutes by foot.Also there is a Bus Line 51 near of the hotel which goes to the city center.On my arrival i was pleasently met by mr.Etner he was very polite and helpful.Also I had my best friend visiting me the receptionist was very discreet which I Liked. The room I ve booked was at the second floor with a terrace. Room was spacious and clean they changed my bath towels daily.The breakfast was basic to survive a cold German Winter and it was served till 11:00am. Overall this hotel is good choice for travelers on budget also the hotel situated near Karolus Thermen and Kurgarden it is nice quet area. However near the Hotel is a Gus Station but it is closes at 22:00pm and the big road. The only negative side is the no soundproof tech. It is very well heared from the coridor if somebody opens and closes doors of the rooms.
But overall for the budget price it is a good and convinient stay clean room the bed was very comfortable I slept very well,good breakfast.
Next time would stay there again.

Nice people

A well located hotel, ten minutes walk from the Rathaus and cathedral. The strength of the hotel is the staff: cheerful, helpful and efficient. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The fixtures and fittings are good, especially in the bathroom. The room itself is rather basic with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a single chair. The breakfasts are good and served with a smile. The internet connection is good and quick. And free! Sadly, the hotel charges for parking.
