nice area off roads

Big clean room; nice bathroom; very friendly stuff, good price. Located in the silent area away from city noise, surrounded by trees. Well equipped shared kitchen. The nearest market is MiniMarket, just 10 minute walk, the nearest restaurant (quite good), Regales, is in 5 minutes. Gondola is about 15 minute walk.

A pleasant surprise!

The location exceeds the expectations. The rooms are very large, modern, warm. The staff is very kind and discreet. Behind it is the forest that delights you every morning, through which a stream flows. Very well positioned for those who want to go on a mountain (near the gondola) or to make small trails.

Nice accommodation, but...

I came here by chance. The villa is realy nice and very, very clean. Which is a plus for families with children. Our room was big and with a balcony. The living/ dining room is also very good if you want to spend more time indoors. And the kitchen is fully equipped (as others have already said).
Some people who reviewed this place complained about dogs. I'm happy to say that the area is dog free. It's really hot inside the rooms. The wifi is very good allover the villa.
I didn't like the fact that pension is far away from Sinaia or Furnica and there is no markets near by. You totally depend on the car (especially if you have a toddler).
And I have two suggestions: if someone can come and take the bathroom trash from time to time would be nice (especially if the requirement is to throw toilet paper into the trash bin, not the toilet). And it would be nice for the owner (or administrator) to come and say goodbye (not only for welcome and money). We stayed an extra night and we had to pay for it. And even if the administrator was on the premises, she sent the cleaner lady (who is very nice and helpful) to take the money. And after, sent her back with the change.

Nice staff, good price value

Things we liked:
1. Staff was friendly and let us choose between 3 rooms.
2. Room was large, clean, heated, bright.
3. Nice view from the balcony. Birds chirping in the pines...
4. Large dinning room and kitchen with utensils.
Things we didn't like:
1. Aggressive dogs on street that tried to bite us every time we went by foot.
2. The neighbours playd manele loudly.
3. On second floor the WIFI did not work.

Don't expect quiet...

We stayed here one night and it was very noisy as there was a bunch of travellers walking between rooms, we were on the first floor and could hear them banging around upstairs. it felt like our door was wide open as you could hear everything including them talking in their rooms with their door closed.
Was a sleepless night for us.
The hotel is located far up the hill, this made it near impossible in the snow as our car struggled to get up the steep inclines. They have about 3 car spots.
The lady was very nice and talkative just disappointing that you can hear noise very easily.
Wifi is good though!
