An oasis of peace and beauty in the Saturn resort.

I had a wonderful vacation with the children. The hotel also has a very intimate private beach. We will be back! Go to the Blue Fish restaurant, they have delicious sushi and delicious fish and seafood products. The Saturn resort is ok for families, it is a quiet resort, enjoy!

The worst place to have a holiday

Unfriendly and cheeky reception staff, horrible housekeeping, if you are vegetarian you have to take the starving risk, unpleasant place to have a restful and enjoyable holiday. Definitely unrecommended.

Fabulous stay

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour of the Romanian coast. Spacious room and great pool. The breakfast was great however it was not easy to find a table as the hotel was very busy. Reception staff were helpful and parking secure.

Not 5* at all.

This is not a 5* hotel at all.
Most likely at its grand opening it.could have been a 4*.
The bad:
— We booked a deluxe double room (with a view.towards the pool,but got a standard one.
— They have the weirdest check—in hours(14—18)
— There were evenings when there was no hot water( I guess its normal for a 5 * hotel)
— The staff is not really friendly or helpful. They seem tired all the time and really annoyed u are there.
— The air conditioning was almost broken, missing pieces.
— Really overpriced
The good:
— Decent 3* hotel
— Decent rooms
— Clean
— Good breakfast (open bar / buffet)

Avoid at all costs

We (family of 4) tried to reserve a room on their website, but could not find any option to add two children (you could, however, add one child, age 1 or 2). I called the hotel and they said to just book a room and write an email to the front desk to let them know I am coming with two kids, which I did. I got no reply back, and when we arrived at the hotel, they informed us we need to pay an extra charge of $80 a night for the children. They did not acknowledge any phone conversation or any email received from me.
This is very unprofessional coming from a so called 5 star hotel.
We ended up staying at a nearby 3 star which, at least from outside, looked just the same.
