The hygene level is teribile

This was one of my personal worst experiences. The personel has no training in hospitality and is close to rude. And the hygene level is from the horror movies. The refrigerator has mold the bathroom was half clean and the bed sheet were not changed from the previous clients. We asked to be changed we recived new ones to change ourselves. While changing them we have seen the condition of the mattress looks like sombody peed.

Hospitality bad !

The one who takes care of the Chalet is very stressful!
Everything must be placed exactly at the right place and if you take something without asking you'll be scolded!
The cottage is beautiful and the location is peacefull but pity those who lead because they spoil everything!

Not as good as presented online

Situated inside the village, far from the center of Moneasa, you'll need a car to commute daily. A bit overpriced considering its location, the uncomfortable bed, one-course breakfast not including coffee. The flowers, chairs and tables in the garden could use more care, the employees seem indifferent about everything beyond the bar and kitchen. It surprised me that we had to pay extra for the breakfast coffee or for renting the gazebo.The garden is impressive and suitable for families with children or bigger groups, there is a tennis court suitable for all sports. Overall - a bit of a letdown.
