Unique invirment and energy

Really nice place to stay in any time of the year. Rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable, atmosphere is quiet and welcoming in the same time, and the food is just satisfying everyone's choices. I'll definitely come back to this place.

It costs too much for what it is.

We stayed for two nights but for a 4 star I didn't expect what I found because I have stayed in many 4* hotels but never one like this. The broken curtains, the carpet dirty and full of dust, the mosquito net to go out to the balcony was broken , air was passing around the windows, a shower door was defective, basic cleaning was nothing, when we entered the room we could smell dust in the air. I opened the balcony door to let some air pass. They do the cleaning of the rooms after 7.30pm, at least on our floor there was the lady who cleaned the rooms in the evening and made a lot of noise by slamming the doors of the rooms. Non-existent soundproofing, I could even hear the coughing and everything they were talking about and the noises in the bathroom in the other room. The breakfast was almost non-existent, nothing sweet except something in some jars that didn't say what they contained. Free parking is available around the property but it is in a disastrous state. Unfortunately they do not know how to enhance the place where they are located, the only good thing is the kindness of the staff at the reception, always available to help guests and the heat at night in the room, but in my opinion knowing the problems of the windows that let the air pass cover with the heat at night. It's really a shame that it hasn't been renovated and enhanced because it's worth a lot as a quiet location away from the chaos. My advice is, it's better to close for a month and renovate from scratch and then reopen in a big way, truly giving value to the hotel because it's located in a beautiful place. .

Not bad, but way too expensive

Pretty good place, somewhat quiet area (you can still hear the trains though, pretty loud on those bad tracks)
Elegant, overall pretty clean, but the carpet is hard to keep looking nice. I would do that different if I was them.
I had breakfast that was nice too.
The price is not going to have me want to go back there

Bad expiriance

It looks from the outside a lovely place, the reception guy is very nice.
The problems started when we wanted to go to bed - I looked for an extra pillow at the closet
But the closet door was broken and couldn't be opened. OK I'll call the reception and ask
For a pillow. Found the phone but no dial tone, after checking I found the cable unplugged and no
Place at the wall to plug it in, so I dressed back and went down to the reception to hear that they have no extra pillows but I can (at about 22:00) change the room.
It's a hotel (almost empty) without pillows!!!
I will never come back hear!!!

Sehr gut, jederzeit gerne wieder

Auto: sehr viele eigene Parkplätze im Hof
Restaurant: sehr gutes Essen
Frühstück: Buffet, inkl
Personal: freundlich, englischsprachig
Zimmer: geräumig, hell und sehr ordentlich. Balkontür hat Insektengittertür integriert.
Lage: in einem Park, aber die Stadt-/Verkehrsgeräusche werden rübergetragen
