Doesn‘t get better than that

It‘s a mansion in a beautiful park with ravishing hosts Isabel and Bruno are the epitome of hospitality. Sometimes Bruno also cooks for his guests which is a great experience. The three mascots, Sami, Sandro and Sloty alone would be a reason to return.

Disappointment

My stay in this mansion could have been so enchanting as the place has potential, but the experience was marred by the state of the room that had been allocated to me. The atmosphere was heavy, the walls bore the mark of time without the charm of patina, and an omnipresent dust gave the place a neglected rather than authentic character. Far from evoking the sophistication of a historic home, the space reflected above all a regrettable lack of maintenance. It’s a shame that the beauty of the building is not enhanced by a greater attention to the comfort and cleanliness of the guests.”

Cher Fabien. Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis sur votre séjour dans notre maison d'hôtes. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, malgré le potentiel que vous avez perçu dans notre demeure.
Nous tenons à apporter une précision concernant la chambre "Chapelle" que vous aviez choisie. Il s'agit, comme son nom l'indique, d'une ancienne chapelle, entièrement en pierres. Cette particularité architecturale, qui fait son charme unique, implique malgré un nettoyage méticuleux, que de très légères et fines poussières de pierre puissent naturellement se déposer. Il ne s'agit en aucun cas de saleté ou d'un manque d'entretien, mais d'une caractéristique inhérente à l'authenticité de ce lieu chargé d'histoire.
Nous regrettons que votre attention se soit portée sur ces quelques traces et que vous ayez choisi de les photographier de si près, ce qui a pu grossir le sujet et donner une impression de négligence qui ne reflète pas la réalité ni le soin que nous apportons à nos chambres. Notre maison regorge de nombreux autres détails magnifiques et soignés que nous aurions aimé vous voir apprécier et photographier.
Si notre mémoire est bonne, vous étiez également accompagné de votre chien, que nous avons été ravis d'accueillir sans vous compter de supplément, dans le but de vous être agréables.
Nous vous présentons à nouveau nos excuses pour la déception ressentie et le fait que le caractère si particulier de la chambre "Chapelle" n'ait pas correspondu à vos attentes en matière de confort.

a dream

It was a wonderful stay at the Manoir des Sources. We received a warm Welcoming from Isabelle and Bruno. They did everything they could to satisfy us.
An ideal place to relax with our four-legged companion. We will return without hesitation!

Fantastic!

Very nice country house with beautiful garden and rooms, very attractively decorated. Hostess Isabelle and host Bruno receive you very warmly and welcoming. Very luxurious breakfast, everything fresh, nothing is missing. Uzès is also well worth a visit. Will definitely be back!

Getaway to Uzes

Excellent discovery in a very beautiful house decorated with great taste. Table d’hôte that is worth the visit. We will return with great pleasure Bruno and Isabelle.
