Excellent stay

Charming and very quiet place; I have been going there for 15 years and I never get tired of it. The welcome is warm; it just lacks a restaurant because there are none nearby.

I don’t usually write reviews but I loved everything about this place. From the individually styled rooms to the chair carved out of the stump of an old sycamore tree at the top of a flight of metal steps. Everything has been put together with such thought and care.

Quirky property in a quiet and well maintained area. Plenty for children to do in season and relaxing for adults and dogs out of season.
Staff excellent, lots of small touches to make the stay slightly different from the usual.

Fabulous

Fabulous place, we stayed in the chalet GRAND NORD with our 2 daughters. The cottage is exotic it makes us go back to basics. The estate is splendid. Areas of nature for walking. A playroom for children allows the child to let off steam. The breakfasts are excellent. The person who took care of us all the stay is great.
Only flat the activities were inaccessible.

Very disappointed

Very friendly setting. However, if you have the misfortune to book in the hotel on a day when there is an event, you will get very little sleep at night and activities will be refused on the grounds that it is privatized. We had booked several months ago and someone from the hotel changed our room because there might be noise. This was accepted because the approach was honest. Indeed, even changing rooms (the room booked initially and the new one proposed are close....) the noise of the evening gets along very well. However, we came here to enjoy the family activities the next day and no one told us that they will be refused. If it was to sleep on clicks clac and not be able to do anything the next day we would have stayed home. However, it is a beautiful setting if you want to organize other events.

Toutes nos excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés lors de votre séjour.
Nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception concernant les nuisances sonores et cela malgré le changement de chambre que nous vous avons proposé. Nous reconnaissons que cette solution n'a pas été suffisante pour profiter de votre séjour en toute quiétude.
Nos équipes ont tenté de compenser au mieux votre déception en vous offrant les petits-déjeuners pour l’ensemble de votre famille le lendemain.
Nous regrettons profondément le manque de communication concernant l'accès total de nos activités familiales en fonction des réservations. Nos équipes ont quand même fait leur possible et vous avez pu profiter d’1h30 de kart à pédales alors que votre réservation était prévue pendant 1 heure.
Votre retour est précieux pour nous aider à nous améliorer et éviter que cette situation ne se reproduise. A l’avenir, nos équipes seront vigilantes à bloquer les chambres s’il y a des événements privés en parallèle.
Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vous faire vivre une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes initiales.
