Excellent stop over

2nd visit on way back to UK from Spain. Didn’t disappoint. We had the family suite again which was excellent for a family of 4 & our 2 dogs. Rooms were spotless. We had prearranged an evening meal as did not want to have to drive elsewhere & again the food was great. Quiet village location with nearby lake. Nice walks.

Perfect! One without fail

Hello, we spent one night (dinner and breakfast) in a double room. There is ample parking outside so parking is easy. Little traffic ... Access to the rooms is rather steep with stairs a little steep. Caution if you have difficulty walking or with elderly people. The welcome of the guests (so British) is as courteous and cordial. Better speak English! But rest assured, we are always able to make ourselves understood. The rooms are remarkably clean and the bathroom impeccable. You could eat off the floor. We have rarely seen a bed and breakfast so clean. The towels and sheets smell good, the bed is super comfortable with a quality mattress. Special mention to pillows and duvet. You'll sleep like a baby. For breakfast, the latter is gargantuan and you will find everything, savory as sweet. We will keep this excellent address in our directory. Exceptional

Everything was perfect. We had the master suite, 2 bedrooms and a small living room. Thick and soft mattresses. Everything you could need, coffee, tea, water.....
For dinner a main course and a dessert but served very generously accompanied by drinks of your choice. At breakfast there was nothing missing, salty, sweet, fruit juice, pastries...all at an unbeatable price.
We are going back in 2 weeks.

Déconnexion rurale

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite familiale qui est très spacieuse et très propre 2 chambres, un salon et salle de bain. Vous avez à dispo dans le salon un petit frigo avec des boissons gratuites (eau, Pepsi, lait chocolaté pour les enfants) ainsi qu'un plateau de courtoisie très bien fournit également (petits biscuits, petits chocolats noirs, madeleines, capsules à café, thé/infusion...). Si vous choisissez de dîner le soir les plats sont bons, copieux avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix (12€ adulte et 6€ enfants entrée/ plats/ dessert). Si vous choisissez de dîner dehors il faudrait impérativement prendre la voiture (pas de commerces de proximité ni de restaurant). Sinon le lieu est un bon point de départ pour faire de la randonnée ou du vélo. Vous serez loin du bruit et le matin vous n'entendrez que les oiseaux. Limoges est à 35 minutes en voiture, sinon il y a pas mal de petits villages à visiter comme Treignac. Le fait que les hôtes ne parlent que l'anglais ne nous a pas dérangé. C'est vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix si vous recherchez le calme absolu et la nature.
