Apartment 9 pers not at the height of the stars of the residence

Apartment not very clean, facilities are incomplete: 2nd toilet and 2nd shower OUT OF SERVICE on 2 advertised on the site for an apartment of 9 people in the heatwave.
Emergency management follow-up not ensured

Too neglected

Too bad this beautiful residence is so neglected... dog poop everywhere, some garbage in the alleys. At night it is very dark because several broken lights. No lights on our landing or housekeeping... the mower must have gone astray somewhere! Too expensive for the services offered.

I've come, I've seen, I won't come back

Strength: the pool, except for the maintenance around and the tiles that come off.
Room with air conditioning so it passes.
The Paul Ricard circuit right next door and the noises didn't bother me.
Weaknesses:
10 days rent, 1 day or the washing machine worked.
No outside maintenance, no change of towel or linen unless you ask, no Breakfast Service or even other catering, not even ice cream for children. No playground except one surrounded by fence and another completely collapsed wooden . Accommodation on the 2nd floor without possibility to mount luggage (galley with a child).
No one at the reception, two men to look after you, a rather nice but who doesn't seem to know too much what he does and many unanswered questions (like, there is a coffee machine at the reception but forbids to use it even when offering to pay) . And another cold as a marble . Watch out for the CROSS motorcycle rodeo in the Area just in front it's more troublesome than the circuit .. Too bad because there really is potential. Not exploited unfortunately!

Not far from being sordid, my room was on the ground floor... invasion of ants, mosquitoes, spiders.
A very strong smell of sewers coming up through the shower duct.
38 degrees outside and not far from being the same inside... no air conditioning, just a standing fan, which makes a crazy noise but ventilates absolutely nothing since breaks.
The whole building is really cra-cra

Disappointment

Studio rented during the gold bowl. Positive, the proximity to the circuit just 10 minutes drive , parking .
point Negative poor soundproofing , the noise of the circuit is one thing, but the noise of the neighbors is another.. restaurant closed without being told goodbye coffee and breakfast .... On weekdays, we didn’t see any room service or anything, not even to hand over a roll of PQ. ..
The place seems a little abandoned ... and given the little occupancy while all the other hotels are full , we understand that the reviews are not at the Recommendation... pity ..
