Great

We spent an excellent night as a family (2 adults and 2 children) at this hotel and we have a very fond memory of our stay.
We were lucky to have a family room with two connecting rooms, ideal for our family. Everything was perfectly clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and we slept very well in a quiet and relaxing environment.
We also really liked the breakfast: it was varied, hearty, and there was a choice for the whole family.
We would like to warmly thank the young woman who took our reservation for her welcome, her kindness, and her great professionalism. Thanks also to the young man at the front desk, who was very pleasant, smiling, and professional.
The location is a real plus, just a few minutes from the Circuit Paul Ricard.
We highly recommend this hotel, whether for a family stay or to enjoy the region. We will return with great pleasure!

We found the staff very freindly spoke english to us. Room was very clean. We stayed two nights room was cleaned both days. We found the staff very helpful.we didnt eat in as we had breakfast /meals out but pizza and breakfast were available at the hotel, plenty of free parking.

A bit disappointed the beautiful pictured pool was green and closed. It was almost 90° and no pool? A real miss when you're spending multiple days there. Also very surprised there is NO vending on site. There is hardly any place local to get a beverage or something to eat and you have nothing. You've been open for two years, time to get some vending in your hotel. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately, underwhelming. Not much variety and not very good quality. Otherwise a very nice, peaceful stay. Room was clean and accommodating.

Unusual prices

Very bad experience.
We paid about €220 per night for three nights by booking directly on the website, only to learn on-site that the rooms were about €80 per night if booked by phone... information that was not indicated anywhere. Even two people from the hotel confirmed that the price we paid was abnormally high.
The most disappointing part is that despite this, no solution or commercial gesture was offered on the grounds that the reservation was made online and that it was 'too late' to change the rate. There is a significant lack of transparency and consideration for customers.
Regarding the room, the cleaning clearly left much to be desired: a lot of dust under the bed, which does not give a very good image of the establishment.
At that price, we expect much better. Very disappointed.

Bedbug

TO FLEE!!️‼️ bed bug!!️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I stayed in this hotel in November 1 week after the second day pictures on the body I thought at first it was an allergy or irritation because itching unbearable in the end after going to the doctor go home at the end of my stay it turns out it was bed bug bites disinfecting all my accommodation throw in the garbage and I contacted the hotel who tells me that no refund will be made when that is the least of things seen the damage and he dares to tell me that they involved a specialist in the day and when I ask them the quote or invoice of the intervention he replies that it is a specialist who works in the best hotel if each hotel with a bed bug specialist in are personal I do not believe too
Really seen the number of comments on cleanliness and cleaning this does not surprise me to run away really
