Basic compact rooms.
Beds are comfortable and clean.
Pet friendly.
We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.

Detestable

I confirm the other comments... I booked one night and asked two questions before going there... I was told about another subject and asked if I could have answers to both my questions... Answer "no no thank you" then nothing after to my next answer... Hateful before staying there!! So cancellation of my reservation.

Run away!

ZERO STARS, and more, that’s generous! My experience at Kyriad Direct was a real fiasco that deserves to take a few minutes to write a review. It all starts with a reservation where it clearly says “prepaid” and “100% prepayment in advance”. So far, nothing abnormal, the manager tells me to pay! except that I ask the manager a simple question to clarify, to be sure. And this is the drama. The guy, who seemed vaguely likeable at first, transforms. He gets angry as if I insulted him personally, throws me a “You’re not going to teach me French!” “check your bank account” and, icing on the cake, throws the keys at me on the counter saying “go get out of here”! No, but, seriously? I'm absolutely stuck! Bipolar manager or just incompetent, I don’t know, but it was lunar!
And let's talk about the room, if you can call it a room. Paper mache walls that let through every noise – I felt like I was sleeping in a station hall. The bathroom? Room PMR Clean limit, a shower that does not work, And the toilet... how to say... obviously, the concept of cleaning is totally foreign to them, bezel still raised, 3 rolls of toilet paper half used. Anyway.
This hotel is a disgrace, an insult to hospitality. NEVER recommend, unless you like to be mistreated and sleep in a hovel at 150€ a night. The F1 with bathroom on the next landing would have been clearly better. I hope the manager will read this review and have the decency to apologize, but given his attitude, I bet he’s going to blow another cable. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

A convenient stopover when travelling through France. Basic but clean with all essential services provided. The staff were helpful and friendly.
