Good hotel conveniently located for exploring. Beds comfortable and room big. Room was a little warm and couldn’t get the AC to work. Didn’t have breakfast as had to leave early.
Would definitely use this hotel again.

Functional for a city trip

Typical Ibis hotel: clean, functional, without charm. The old town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
There were shortcomings at breakfast: one morning all the juice machines were empty. Scrambled eggs were gone and were not refilled. The crepes had probably been sitting around for a long time and were cold. The breakfast room was only staffed by one person, who was overwhelmed.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Ihr Frühstückserlebnis nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir entschuldigen uns insbesondere dafür, dass die Saftautomaten leer waren, das Rührei nicht nachgefüllt wurde und die Crêpes kalt waren. Auch Ihre Anmerkung zur Betreuung des Frühstücksraums nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden sie an unser Team weitergeben.
Wir hoffen, Sie bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt von einer besseren Erfahrung überzeugen zu können.

Modern and convenient for the center

Modern facility equipped with air conditioning. Very small room for 4 people but cute. Without a closet but with a large shower. Breakfast area is spacious and well-stocked. Suitable for both tourist stays and work. Quite close to the historic center, also reachable by a convenient bus that stops near the hotel. Parking available but only for a fee, we found a spot on the side street.

Very helpful staff from beginning to end. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and spotless bathrooms. Parking was easy and reasonably priced at 12 euro per 24h. Easy walk into the centre along the river.
The only thing to improve the hotel would be to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

All's well that ends well...

Clean hotel and very close to the center. Good breakfast. Staff extremely helpful. A special thanks to Alejandra and Ghislane who helped us resolve a problem with the car rental (which we had just picked up in Bouvet and was leaving us stranded due to a problem with a tire).
