Top-notch right up to the Roof
A fan of Metal music and a big follower of Hellfest, the first drink my partner and I enjoyed was actually a beer featuring the festival's logo!
And we learned that the manager, whom we did not have the pleasure of meeting during this stay, is a big fan of Hellfest...!
That's just for the anecdote, nothing to do with the maximum rating I gave the establishment.
On vacation in the region for the week, we were looking for a comfortable hotel where we were sure to get some rest.
It was only natural that we looked for a hotel offering the services we were looking for.
We therefore booked at this brand-new Mercure, open for only 3 months...
Everything was perfect:
- The staff, whether at the front desk, at the restaurant, at the RoofTop bar, or housekeeping... were smiling, attentive, and professional.
For example, when returning one day in the late afternoon, the parking lot was full. The young woman at the front desk (Juliette, I believe. I know her name because I told her she looked like my daughter Julie, and she told me her name was Juliette) quite naturally offered for us to park in a spot reserved for staff...
Or even last night (Friday, July 24), the night receptionist asked us how our stay had been. We told him about the quality of the bedding and the pillows in particular, telling him that we would love to have the same ones at home...
He told us he would let his morning colleagues know so we could get the reference, and Juliette did indeed email me the reference for the pillows, noting that it was a site reserved for professionals!
These are 2 examples proving the quality of communication within the establishment, as well as the quality of service dedicated to guests, and the attention paid to guests.
- The amenities and services, such as the "Miss K" restaurant, which offers a menu and à la carte dishes, well-cooked, well-presented... the RoofTop (open from Thursday to Saturday starting at 6 p.m., to enjoy wines, cocktails or other drinks, and appetizer platters, while listening to music and enjoying the view), the indoor pool (very nice) with its steam room, the gym, room service, the free, enclosed, and secure parking, the Wi-Fi...
- The room, spacious (there were 3 of us + 1 dog), functional, clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a separate toilet.
- The bedding, impeccable! I hadn't slept that well in ages, even at home...!
2 details, however, which have no impact on the rating:
- We would have appreciated having names on the staff's uniforms, so that we could thank and congratulate them personally.
- Given the weather we had all week, we would have liked to enjoy an outdoor pool, even if, once again, the indoor pool is very nice, and therefore open all year round...
But once again, these are just details. We loved this hotel, and we will stay there again as soon as we return to the region, whether for weekends or family vacations, or for business trips...
I say bravo and thank you to the managers and staff of this establishment.

Nice Hotel
Beautiful, brand-new establishment.
We had a very good stay at this hotel. The pool and the rooftop are very enjoyable. Varied breakfast and the staff is very smiling and pleasant.
The room as well as the bathroom were very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. Small negative point regarding the metal nightstands which are very noisy.
Small thoughtful touch in the room for the dog. Which seems normal given the price of the stay, but not all hotels do it.
The hotel is located 2 minutes from a commercial area, which is nice if we do not wish to dine at the hotel every night.
Small negative point, one evening we ordered a meal tray with charcuterie plates which, by the way, was excellent. Given the quality of the platter the next day, we ordered a new platter, this time with 2 charcuterie plates, and then, surprise, just a larger plate but with the same amount of charcuterie... We therefore expressed our confusion to the front desk, who assured us that it is normal, it is a larger plate... After complaining a little, we finally got our second plate.
This small incident does not affect the fact that it is a very good hotel.
I recommend this hotel without any worries

A good discovery
We discovered the Miss K restaurant in Quimper. Located in the newly opened Mercure Kerlic hotel, we really liked this restaurant for its balanced menu and excellent value for money. Very good appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Well-designed 39 euro menu. A very warm welcome. Very beautiful rooftop. An address to remember and recommend.

Wonderful weekend
We spent 3 nights at this hotel. We had requested, well in advance, that they reserve a very quiet room for us. Upon our arrival, we had a room at the end of the hallway, so we thought "perfect." But disappointment, in the evening, we heard people talking loudly, laughing, and we realized that our room overlooked the restaurant terrace. We had noise until after 11 p.m. We notified the front desk, who immediately understood the problem, really very understanding. The next day, while going to breakfast, we reminded the person at the front desk of the problem, and even though the hotel was full, she managed to change our room for the evening. For the other 2 nights, we had a very quiet room, really perfect. We thank all the staff (front desk, breakfast, etc.) who are very friendly, very smiling, for their work. The privilege room was magnificent, very comfortable. We slept very well. The breakfast was complete, delicious, with very good products, always restocked. The staff is present, pays attention to everything, nothing is missing. We also enjoyed the pool after a day of sightseeing, a real plus, very pleasant. The rooftop is great, too, for having a drink in the evening, we enjoyed it. We spent a very pleasant weekend (despite the 1st night). For sure we will come back very soon but by specifying exactly the room we would like, (We kept the room number).
