Stay for 3 nights
However, the reception service changes everything.
Last year, Samuel was very communicative and friendly.
I have never been required to pay for coffee in advance.
Surprised, I asked the reception why?
The response was that we had problems with clients...
We requested to light the non-flammable candles, I specify.
Samuel at the time checked the type of candles and gave us his approval, but as of today, nothing, no negotiation, the candles have been extinguished...
Finally, the coffee machine is broken..
To confirm my reservation, I was asked to pay in advance.
Nevertheless, I am returning this weekend.

Bad in every possible way. Very poor manners from the staff from the moment we arrived. The bathroom lights were not working properly, and we were given only one towel for two people for two days. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels.
The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We had prepaid for breakfast, and when we arrived exactly at closing time (10:30), the employee showed us her phone displaying 10:31 after arguing with us and refused to even allow us to have a simple coffee because she had already started cleaning.
To make matters worse, the employee the following day was sarcastic the entire time and openly mocked the situation instead of trying to help.
One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Absolutely not recommended for anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Aragon Perpignan.

Bad experience
The room was not properly heated. An electric radiator was started upon my arrival. The room was very cold the first 6 hours. The door lock to room 339 was broken. It meant that the door was very difficult to open. One time I had to give up to get out of the room, and wait until later. It did not feel well to be locked up in the room. There was garbage om the safety stairs. The ceiling had moisture damages. There was no WiFi available. When asking, I was advised to find a bar with WiFi. Breakfast was not offered on some days. I found another hotel 800 meters from this. Cheaper and much, much better. I asked for s small refund for the 4 more days, I had paid for when leaving. I was told no refund would be given at all !
