Owner was super responsive. Made it easy to find the location and close up after. Maybe note the stairs but a great little place to stay.

Great apartment

The apartment for a family of 4 people with a separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room is very functional, very clean, even in the kitchenette a dish towel, dishes and sponge. Small but well appointed shower room is renovated. The apartment is well equipped with taste, very well lit. It is in a street with nearby supermarkets, catering, restaurants as well as the metro. The stairwell is a bit dilapidated, but it is only a place to pass. Recommend

Apartment in a comfortable and pleasant area

We took an apartment for a week during the Christmas holidays and enjoyed it. There are very mini apartments, typically with a double bed and a sofa bed, with kitchenette and renovated bathroom. The area is very multiethnic and pleasant, there are good places (I recommend benoit castel for breakfast and coquin for lunch / dinner).two metro stops, gambetta and menilmontant, both 800m, but you do (beware from menilmontant to le bellevue is all uphill). Recommended

This is a super late review, but better late than never. My stay here was very pleasant, my kids loved it. The place was clean, cozy and at a super convenient location. The host was super accommodating and flexible. We will definitely rent this place again.
