I would say the Hotel is in an excellent location, half a mile from the Eiffel Tower and an amazing neighborhood. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. The rooms are pretty small which I expect for an European hotel. But the pics of the property on Hotels.com are not a reflection of the reality, they are glamorized as one would expect. They need to replace the carpeting as you smell the old carpet as soon as you enter the room. And my biggest complaint is the Air Conditioning. They have the air conditioning but you cannot control it. It is centrally controlled and it is set to 25 Celsius which is 78 degrees but the temperature does not even get to 80 Celsius even when the AC is running all day and night long. You might as well not have an AC at that point. I was unable to sleep the 5 night I was there cause it was extremely warm inside. Apart from the AC and the carpet, it is a decent place for the price you pay to stay in Paris walking distance from the Eiffel tower. AC is a big issue from July to September when it is really hot but other than that, it is a good place to stay in a great neighborhood.And please replace the old carpeting, it stinks.

very nice hotel

good location, nice neighborhood and near the Eiffel tower which is also good for the night time especially with kids. the rooms in the hotel are also nice and clean.

Excellent Value and Location

Last minute booking for very comfortable twin room for my sister and I. Just had a couple days in Paris and location was very convenient. Very modern and comfortable hotel. Breakfast available on site or easy walk to local patisserie.

Good experience

Everything was great, service, cleaning and cleaning of the rooms, even the air conditioning that is something more difficult in Paris in the room worked, did not get to get too cold the room, but also did not pass heat even from afar, even going in a heat wave in the city. The only point of improvement would be the bedroom fridge, it barely froze a bottle of water from day to day, it could be better, otherwise everything perfect.
